Overview:
Old school Pokemon game with a perverted twist! You play as Caleb, a senior Field Researcher and Pokemon Trainer as you traverse the Sinova Region to train a new lab-created Pokemon while uncovering the conspiracy of Team Creation; a cult of deviants hell-bent on restarting the life cycle of all living things. Features a narrative-based Romance system (akin to a dating sim) for your Rival and fellow field Researcher, and a pet system that allows you to raise certain Waifumons (for naughty reasons), and many, many quests and events!
P.S. This game is meant to be TOUGH. So use items, strategize, and play smart. Grind if you need to. If you're a filthy casual, this game is not meant for you.

Here are some IMPORTANT DETAILS YOU MUST KNOW. Don't spam the Bugfix channel or the F95 comment thread if you didn't read this.
For those of you playing version 0.519 A and above, you need to take note of a couple of things.

Firstly, you MUST DELETE all your save data (and other misc files) in the Main directory. "C:\Users\ USERNAME \AppData\Roaming\ Pokemon H Version " If you don't delete it all, the game will crash, plain and simple. This is the HARD Reset we were talking about last month.

Remember to TICK 'HIDDEN ITEMS' or else you might not see 'Appdata'

Secondly, HMs are no longer usable by Pokemon outside of Battle. Surf, Flash, etc. Because we have now included Items and Gear that have the same function. Some require Waifumons to activate, so be careful and follow Tramme's guide if you're not sure.

This is not challanging. This is pure rng. You either have to "cheat" by using the super potion or pray to rng god for double team to work eventually. It's fine if the rest of the game is challanging as I can train more, change teams etc but at the beginning you can't even do that.

I have already provided many crutches. The PC in your room has 5 potions, you have that super potion, and a vending machine + 3000 Money all from the get go. Right beside said PC is a Leftovers held item.

It really isn't the fault of the game that you as the player don't explore.

EDIT: I'm going to avoid any other comments talking about difficulty. I have answered this particular question a few dozen times already, and it's pretty pointless to repeat myself. If you find the game too difficult, too bad. Git gud. If you want to play the game only for the Hentai, you can always dig around in the game's folder for the artwork. This entire comment thread has people saying the game is too hard, too EASY, and not well balanced. I cannot tailor this game's difficulty to everyone's taste. No matter how I tweak it, people are going to complain. Stop it, get some help.

Well you wouldn't have to "provide many crutches" if the fight wasn't so hard in the first place. Many players don't like to use items in battle as they prefer to win using only the pokemons. The only input from the players in the first fight is to either use items to win ( some might consider it cheating ) or pray to rng god, neither of those are good in my opinion.

I'll be honest with you. The augmented difficulty was purposeful for three reasons:


1. The starter Pokemon you're provided with has stats and abilities that are overpowered. 600 base stats and custom moves that buff the user with each use. Essentially a psedo legendary with power boosts very early on.
2. To showcase how difficult the rest of the game is meant to be. This is NOT made to be some walk in the park. Once you beat Asha the first time, you are free to start catching and building your own team from the get go, with every area having pokemon that are arguably strong and covering many elemental types.
3. The game needs to be harder so that players will take more time to build teams, explore, and that gives me more time to work on the next update. Art isn't easy to make for this game, and I'm a solo developer with no help aside from my Beta-testers and one person helping to run my discord.

I really have no problem with a pokemon game being hard, heck i really like it. In pokemon games I always ditch the starter and catch some "weak" pokemons to make it more interesting. I also don't use items during a fight as you could consider it p2w.
The ONLY problem I have with your game ( loving it so far except for that first fight ) is that I have no real input in fight with Asha. The only thing to win I can do is use items or go the rng route. I can't train, I can't swap a pokemon. When you have no input in a fight losing it is just frustrating.
I love that you can catch many pokemons right of the bat, but I can't do that before that one fight. I've lost 10 times before finally using an item to win as I was getting bored with the double team rng ( which makes that fight kind of p2w ).
Heck make the game as hard as you like and I bet many players will love that, but do that after we can actually play the game ( catch some pokemons, train etc).

I get your dilemma, but I also have to say that your personal stigma against using items is your personal issue. That aside, I'm sorry if the first fight isn't cut out to your taste, as it isn't easy to tailor the game to every demographic. Aside from that beware of naming it Pokemon or you’ll find Nintendo’s ninja lawyers in front of your door in less than an hour.

Sorry, but RPGmaker XP games only run on Windows as far as I know. There might be some third party software that allows you to bypass that but it will not be official.

Its Ok. I do not fear the Nintendo banhammer. Those selfish buggers shut down one of my favourite fan-made pokemon games ever; Pokemon Uranium version. This is retribution. Hahaha.
