I feel like you're looking in to that a little much though. A typical game designer's course would teach you to: (I'm not sure what the rule is called) keep the subject visible at all times. So when you have multiple choices like that, the subject should be placed either on the left or right. You can even move the sprite when the choices appear.

Sorry if it sounds very picky, but you chose this screenshot to represent your game, and it kind of strikes me as poorly designed. Good luck working on the game.
