I'm fairly surprised that this one is still going. Most other pokemon-based game devs receive a nice little letter from Nintendo's lawyers if they make any substantial progress. Leaf on Fire comes to mind.

Aren't a lot of those games based off ROMs?
On one hand, he's safe for characters. They are Koikatsu creations. On the other hand, he's using ripped models from the game. Who knows then...
Nintendo are nasty bastards.

With the new leak one might wonder how much of this is actually canon.

Compared to the leaks, everything in this game seems way more vanilla lol

Also just using "poke" in the name and character names from the games makes it surprising this hasn't been shut down, leaf on fire was a ren'py game rather than using roms and still got shut down (admittedly was also using ripped game models)

I mean, it feels like that's all every update amounts to... I mean, I know it's easy to do, but I would rather fewer updates and more quality like the (very few by comparison) girl/Pokemon scenes.

Yeah, I get what you mean. It got to the point where I just skipped through the scenes cuz they were basically the same. Doesn't help that I'm mostly here for the pokemon stuff, which also repeats a lot and there's only like 2 per trainer.

The dev could probably benefit from adding more date sim elements and make the game more similar to Rogue-Like Evolution. Giving the girls a bit more personality and more dialogue would go a long way, imho.

Honestly, wish it just focused more on Pokemon stuff. With all the focus on adding 30 scenes of each girl doing the exact same action it's gotten quite dull TBH.

Every update is like "we added 12 new scenes! They're all the exact same thing but with the characters swapped around."
