I was just talking about early game in those few posts. I was trying to point out, that 150-200k a month with 4 girls by mid April requires literally no effort leveraging special girls, and that you can do that reliably without RNG (both girl rolls and inactivity without contracts rolls), that's the scope I wanted to cover. Sure, there are better options later on when you have money. I still stand by what I said about first 3 months.
My issue with special girls is I want them in my mansion but that takes forever to get, I dont want to get them early and then they retire before I can keep them around.

Best cam models have no scenes and no career progress, it eats into their earnings. Not sure if any other traits or stats are calculated. Blue balls trait increases model's cam income.
Employ more web admins as you assign more models and the models gain more watchers, to keep up the quality.

do I need more than 100%? I keep it at 100 efficiency for web admin and keep only girls from the photo-studio with no scenes. Blue balls is kinda hard to find and convince to join but I have 1 maybe?
when you see efficiency drop thats when you need another web admin.
Could try assigning more marketing spec to camshows in marketing section, and increasing the weekly spending.
I keep everything maxed if I can but the reputation tab says I have 50% quality. I wonder if that screen is bugged or I need more than pretty + charisma for the girls. all the worker roles are maxed out.
I think in general the activity's average calculations come from the girls beauty, charisma, fitness, and sex skills. From this skills 2 primary and 1 secondary skill calculated, and 1 ignored. The primaries are weighted more than a secondary (maybe count as double). All activity requires different primary and secondary skills.

As you can see the green blocks are the primary skills and yellows are the secondary.
I think the photomodels same as the hostess and the videomodels same as the strippers.

It's the still the dev version posted, the full 0.9 update that was released on the 1st isn't up yet. Which I hope is a little less buggy than the dev version.
Known random bug, the look sometimes does not revert properly post preg. Changing outfits usually fixes it.
