Also, I don't have a male actor under contract, and apparently I can only hire one with a company on level 2 (I am on level 1 only).

How on earth do I pass those two weeks without any income?

Sorry if my propositions are stupid or already taken into account, as I talked about it some times earlier.

My main issue is the production, whenever I want to plan shootings in the studios. I like to have a lot of rooms, and thus I have a lot of planning to do each week. The options for automatic planning are distributed amongst options in models' sheets, options in PA's sheet, in studios, and in production/planning. Maybe it would be easier to have everything in the studio, by adding more buttons to "overview", "staff", "equipment" plus, for instance, "PA planning" for everything the PA do, and "planning" for everything the player do. A calendar instead of the dropdown menu for date would be perfect, to better see which days are free.

Another concern is the training, which I found confusing. Not a lot of clicks, but not a lot of fun, with few interest for the gameplay. Maybe merging training with daily jobs might be a solution (i.e. "training" becomes another job, just like carwash and camshow).
Then, each day in training costs money and improves model traits, maybe depending on the potential (i.e. potential is no more a cap, but a speed). Training might even become a real part of the gameplay, with dedicated staff and thematic orientations (i.e. all models in training improved in a same given trait depending on the choosen training theme). It also can be linked to a property that must be bought to start training.
Another option is that all properties/job boost some traits. For instance, one can put model to work in the beauty salon to improve her beauty, or in fitness center to improve her fitness. The advantage is that it becomes the same mecanism that for depravity, wich might be more accessible for the players.

Basically whole bimbofication process which is already possible, but now instead of going from first to last step,you'd have to raise relationship and depravity to go further.

For auto-publishing select PA to Publishing -> Chose Options and Open Publishing Panel -> Turn on Publishing option in all tabs.

If the aim was to simulate VAT, then you should also alow other mechanics in the game, that make VAT in the real world actually work. Eg.: Make those Vids earn more money, get money back from the government, also count in the VAT I have to already pay for those freelancers or agency girls, ect...

I must say that I like the game in general, but without some decent explanation on what would be needed to actually generate income I find it very hard. I am shooting scene after scene (which is actually quite fun), but the costs eat up the revenue too fast. I do not get much more than, say, $20,000, and at the end of the month all is gone again. Everything that promises to get more money will at first *cost* a vast sum, so that is a problem as well.

I have tried to publish some scenes on the two websites I run, but even though they are green status, I do not see any money from them (I only have a few dozen subscribers). How do I change that? The only thing that gives at least some money back is to publish the scenes by Distributor Percentage. But I am still not able to produce more than one or maybe two scenes a day, which is way too little. If I happen to fulfill a work order, it helps, but most are impossible to achieve (blonde asian with gigantic tits? really?)

If I happen to invite a girl from the street for a casting, and manage her to do a scene at all, they most often will only do solo scenes, which I still cannot shoot because I cannot afford staff and studio. Also, they are only willing to accept a casting if I promise them to pay an increadible amount for a masturbation scene. If they accept a B/G scene, it will cost a fortune.

And then they come and want a 3-day-off and 2000 bucks. Very frustrating.

Ok for the newbies here... there was this legend on here called mecha_froggy who used to make quite detailed guides for the earlier versions. I have linked their tips below

Handy Strategy Guide for 78/79

1) Never take out loans. Before, when the bank still paid 5% interest it was a viable end-game income generator, but now that it's been nerfed to 1% there is no point to depositing money anymore. However, if you're still 0.78d (stable) then this is still viable.

2) Don't even think about hiring staff until you've got at least $50K in the bank. Staff costs run up real quick and you'll be hard pressed to even break even at the end of the month if you jump the gun on that.

3) In 78d the photostudio is a waste of money and 79+ it is a passive income building. Either way, you'll want your first PA in charge of casting. Go ahead and leave them low level - casting effectiveness does not change with skill level.

4) The first thing you want to do after you get even one video out is to open a company. Without a company you can't accumulate fans, build a website, or do anything else meaningful. Yes it costs you 20% of your take but it beats dealing with the IRS. Be sure to keep an eye on your finances because that bill is due at the start of the month - it does not get taken out when scenes are published. You can most certainly end up in the hole if you don't leave enough cash in your pocket when the month flips over, and that is a very bad thing because then you can't do anything other than hidden camera shoots until you're out of debt. Models don't work for free, after all.

5) So what staff do you want? In order, one PA on casting (as mentioned above) and just enough webmasters to raise your Network to level 3 (I think) to unlock camgirls. Camgirls are your real endgame goal.

6) Now the fun part - go out and recruit literally every damn girl that you encounter. All of them. Don't worry, models cost nothing unless you actually do scenes with them - recruiting itself is completely free. Then just let them sit on the shelf until your casting director does the interview for you. If you've got the cash to spare, an Editor should be the next staff member you hire. So around now you should have 1 PA on casting, 1 editor and 4-6 webmasters. That's probably all you can afford so far, so don't go over it (yet).

7) What you are looking for is this: Models with a Solo Likeness of 80+ and an (Anything Else) Likeness of at least 10%. This is harder than it sounds, folks, as any model who starts with the Camgirl trait will automatically have a zero likeness for literally everything else. Hence the saturation bombardment for recruiting - you'll probably go through 30+ potentials for every one girl who meets this criteria. The "Anything Else" can be girl-girl, boy-girl, FFM, gangbang, whatever floats your boat. They don't need high scores, they just have to be willing (so 10%+). Regardless, train these rare gems to become Camgirls. It is the best $5000 you'll spend, trust me.

8) The reason for doing this, rather than just recruiting natural born Camgirls is that a Camgirl's fame does not increase any from just doing camshows. It only goes up when they do other kinds of porn from other genres (i.e. girl-girl, boy-girl, or studio solo but that gets expensive). Now if you are playing a male MC, I suggest shooting for girls who will also do boy-girl and for female MC you want them to be willing to do girl-girl. I'll explain that shortly.

9) Thus once you've got your unicorns trained as camgirls, and set up as them up as such (set your cut at 20% to keep them happy). From there your regular porn stuff is going to those same girls doing stuff at home or in a studio. Those videos, once released on the PornTubes, are what is going to raise their Fame/Popularity and thus increase their income as camgirls when not busy with you. A starting camgirl might make you $200 or so per day, but a top-fame camgirl can earn you ten times that much.

10) Now as for why you want their side-like to match your own orientation(s) is that in-house, amateur porn in your own bedroom is waaaaaaaay cheaper than going through the headache of opening a proper porn studio. Yes, it will only give you the lowest quality scenes, but it takes no staff, no buildings, no special equipment and still earns you Fans. Fans are everything in the long run, because fans are the basis of how many website subscribers that you get.

11) Since you already have a website, go ahead and set up a few sub-sites based on whatever it is you're already doing the most of and start tossing videos up there. Websites are the big money at the end of the month - camgirls are your daily income that keeps you afloat until then. Between the two you'll be rolling in cash in no time.

12) Marketing is overrated. Yes, a maxed out marketing score can almost double your income per video put on the PornTubes, but getting that will require something like twenty marketing agents. Their salaries will set you back over $50K per month. It's just not worth it, sorry. And besides, your marketing score has no effect on camgrils or website subscriptions (except for the cash directly applied to advertising them, and that doesn't require any actual staff).

13) Eventually you'll want to open a proper porn studio. One studio. Just keep in mind that the cost of maintaining that will be almost $100K per month in staff salaries alone. Equipment repair will also set you back as well, and until you're staff and gear are all max level then you won't see that much of a difference over amateur porn from home. However once you do get enough passive income view subscribers and camgirls to float a studio then yes, by all means start one up. Not because it will make more money (it won't - the increase in video income won't even begin to offset the cost of the studio) but because higher quality videos attract more fans and subscribers faster. Again, fans and subscribers (along with top fame camgirls) are your real end-game goal here.

14) Your next PAs, in order of priority, should be: Laywer (mostly to deal with paternity suits and shit), Medical (to deal with STDs and plastic surgery downtime) and Analytics (not really that important, as you still have fans whether you can see their details or not). You do not need any PAs assigned to production or publishing unless you are the laziest motherfucker on the planet. Nor do you need to waste your time with Talent Scouts because that job is bugged and does not work, period. Like I said, start with a Casting agent to avoid you wasting hours of real-time doing hundreds of interviews for models whom 90% of you're just going to toss before doing even one scene with and an Editor to save your MC time & energy to do more productive things with (like fucking models).

15) As for extra staff, before you open a real porn studio, take it slow and build your website subscriber base as much as possible. You can go over the minimum-scenes-per-month quota and I think doing so might boost subscribers, too. Just make sure that you don't go hiring more webmasters until your website is already in the green and your current subscriber limit is already maxed. Again, always keep an eye on the finances tab to see what is making money vs what is bleeding it. The trick isn't making more - the trick is avoiding pointless expenses.

16) Once you've finished the story with Darla (the cougar from the hotel & jewelry shop) she will open real estate options for you. The nightclub is the only one that is a must have. In 78d it is they best place to recruit models, as it will spawn at least two every hour, sometimes three, guaranteed. You will never walk in there without seeing models for hire - see "saturation bombardment" above. From 79+ I believe that models can be assigned to work in the nightclub as strippers, which is another passive income generator, but I've yet to figure out the details on how that works (or if it's even fully implemented yet). The pool and beach are vanity items and yes you can recruit models by throwing money at parties but honestly, once you have the strip club, you'll never lack for model recruits again so why bother?

17) For the advanced player, you may want to try being even more selective in your model recruiting so that you can focus your website genres more effectively later. By that I mean pick a theme early on and stick with it all the way. All latina girls? All MILFs? All teens? All asian? All redheads? All blonds? I've found that having one sub-website that cranks out a lot of the same stuff works a lot better than trying to juggle four or five competing genres/fetishes at once. So, if you're a male MC, start with a page that does boy-girl. Once you've reached your roster limit for how much fucking you can do by yourself in a month then open up a girl-girl page and let the models play with each other while you catch your breath. Or even solo or whatever. Just because you're pooped out is no excuse to not be filming something, right?

18) And again, if you're still at 78 stable you can start chucking those profits in the bank as an end goal. Yeah, 5% per year isn't much, but that's still more than your cash would accomplish sitting under your bed.

19) Managers in 79+... once they've been debugged I'll get back to you on that.

20) In both 78 and 49 photostudios really aren't worth it. They're expensive to run, generate hardly income and are a pain in the ass to deal with. In 78 you have to micromanage every shoot yourself and in 79 they can't be used to hurry up interviews. Either is a losing proposition. And models demand the same pay regardless of how well something sells. Camgirls, on the other hand, pay themselves and cost you nothing. The choice is clear.

21) Add to endgame: Once you are rolling in the cash, it should be noted that every $10K trip to a plastic surgeon raises a model's beauty stat by 20 points even if you don't actually change anything about them. All models can hit 100 and Attractive ones can hit 125. This can go a long way to maxing their fame and income potential if you're willing to sink that kind of time & money into them as a sort of long-term investment. Just make you sure that you're only spending your surplus cash, not the shit you need to live off of.

Alright, now that managers and banks are working allow me to present...

FROGGY'S REVISED STRATEGY GUIDE FOR 79C​

1) START SMALL BUT ALWAYS THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE! As always, your first few months will just be laying the foundations for what is to follow. That means cheap, smelly hookers and bottom-barrel models that are cheap. Quality won't matter as much as quantity, because you're going to want maximum output of 3 movies per day when not out doing other shit. How do you do that? 8am, do an amateur porn shoot at home. Rest two hours, stamina back up to 75%. Do a second shoot, rest two hours. Stamina now at 50%. Do a third shoot, stamina is gone, it's now midnight so rest until 8am (which just happens to be eight hours) and get all your stamina back. Also you want to open a company ASAP - that means usually right after your first movie goes up on the PornTubes and you get paid on day 2. The first building you want to invest in is, of course, your own bedroom since this is where all the action is going to be taking place (for now).

2) DON'T GROW TOO FAST! Taxes get levied at the end of the month, not when you release the movies, and if you're not saving at least 20% of your gross profits then that bill will flatten you when the calendar moves up a notch. Right now you need to only focus on two things: Buying a car (a great time saver in the long run) and recruiting Jenny from the gym. Why is she so important? Without her perk your Fitness stat will slowly rot away to nothing and recruiting her gives you a perk that prevents that. Until she is recruited there is really no point to working out because it will just evaporate over time. For now you can put her on Analytics until she gets to level 10, at which point you will want to switch her over to Talent Scout.

3) YOUR TALENT SCOUT IS YOUR MOST VALUABLE PA! Especially since it is actually working now! At level 10, a Talent Scout can be set to find give with a 10 potential and Likes in both Solo & Boy-Girl (assuming male MC; if female search for Girl-Girl) with a 70%+ success rate per month. That may not seem like much but it is magic and those are the criteria that you're going to want to look for. You can throw in age or race into the mix if that's you're thing, too, with slightly lower odds but that is up to you.

4) IT'S ALL ABOUT THE CAMWHORES, BABY! The rules have changed for the better and you no longer require a dozen webmasters just to run a website. In fact, you can open a website with just one webmaster now! The catch is that now it is more realistic - the site will run all the way up to level 10 but with a piss-poor quality level until you actually hire enough webmasters to unlock the potential of all that expensive hardware you just bought. For now, however, let's start small: One webmaster (go ahead and train them up since it actually matters, now) and only upgrade your network enough to open up CamShows. This is where the magic happens, folks!

5) ANYONE CAN BE A CAMWHORE IF YOU GAME THE SYSTEM HARD ENOUGH! Now you can directly recruit camgirls, either by luck or by having your PA search for them. But we're not telling Jenny to look for camgirls in particular. Why? Because any girl who starts with camgirl will have literally zero Likeness for everything else. Meaning that camgirl is all she will ever do and that's boring! However... any girl with a Solo Likeness of 80+ can be trained as a camgirl for $5000. Of course, where does one find a girl who spawns in with a usable Boy-Girl/Girl-Girl score and a Solo of 80+? Oh, that's right, that is exactly what you told Jenny to search for, isn't it? Thanks, Jenny! Every model that she pulls in should be trainable as a camgirl and eligible to do regular porn scenes on the side as well. Awesome!

6) ANYONE CAN BE AN EPIC PORNSTAR IF YOU GAME THE SYSTEM HARD ENOUGH! We're going to kick back and bask in camgirl cash for a while now. You'll want to set your take at 15% to keep them happy. Why not more? Because a happy camgirl recovers Happiness fast (well, duh) and thus is able to shoot regular (amateur) porn scenes more often! That's right, in addition to bringing in daily bread she is also more prolific at porn than your regular porn models, too! At least if you're generous with the camshow money. Once your income is nice and stable it is now time to finally recruit your third and forth employees. What are you looking for, exactly? Any personal assistant will do; random encounter or from the hiring hall, just pick whoever you think is cute. Train the two of them up to level eight and turn them both into managers. Next you'll want to put them into the last two slots on the right. One of them gives a perk that raises all employee happiness by 10 points a day. This is actually pretty damn powerful, as you can imagine. The second increases a girl's Likeness for any scene every time she does one. This means that even if your camgirl only has a Boy-Girl/Girl-Girl of 10, just keep screwing her long enough and someday, my friend, someday it will reach 100 and - combined with that daily happiness boost - will be down to pound nearly every damn day of the week. Who needs the Nympho trait anymore, amirite? For those willing to shell out the money for an actual porn studio (let's not get ahead of ourselves here, pal) you can even do this with Solo until she hits 100% with that, too. And it is by that power than you can take any girl with a Boy-Girl/Girl-Girl of 10% and a Solo of 10% and someday turn them into a camgirl.

7) BANG YOUR WAY TO BILLIONS! Your next target is Ann from the bank. Her route is simple: The more money you throw into your account the more sex scene you unlock with her. So what? I'll tell you what - every new scene that you get ups the interest that you make on your savings. At max level you'll be getting back 10% per year. Which doesn't sound like much but believe me, it really is. At that level, every million dollars you put away will earn you just over $8300 per month - for free. That can easily cover the cost of two top tier staff members without having to actually do any porn. Get two $2m and you'll never have to worry about how you're going to pay for Jenny and your two managers again. Eventually you'll want to get a third manager to unlock the perk that gives +30% payout to camshows. Wait, what, why not do this first? Because until that 30% bonus is enough to pay the $5000+ a month cost of said manager, it's not actually worth it. In other words, you'll probably need a dozen camgirls on your staff before hiring a third manager to get that perk is actually cost effective. As your bank account swells and your yearly interest grows the only thing you really need to worry about from here forward is hiring extra webmasters to make your website run better (and increase camgirl income). On a long enough timeline, you're bank account will eventually offset all your business expenses and then some - at that point, you're really only doing this for fun and laughs because you no longer need to make money.

8) SKIP EVERYTHING ELSE (FOR NOW)! One day the photostudio and strip club will also work as passive income, and when that day comes I'll update a new guide that includes them. For now, however, they still aren't fully functional which is why I skipped them. Therefore you may noticed that I never mentioned buying a photo studio - because you won't. I also only mentioned a full sized porn studio once because your need for it, well, you don't really need it all, really. It's nice to have, if you can afford an extra $50K a month in staff salaries, but honestly, you don't ever have to build one. There is also two more optional staff that you may want to consider, the first being an Editor (saves time & energy, if not money) and, of course, at least one security guard. Marketing agents are useful as an endgame add-on once your cashflow is high enough, especially now that you no longer need literally twenty of them to max out your reputation. Websites? Well, I mean, if you really want to... but again, that's up to you. You can still get by without any websites at all if you're lazy enough. Pool? Yacht? Private Beach? Strip Joint? Again, not needed. Buy them once you've run out of things to spend money on because it is your Talent Search PA (aka Jenny) who is going to be bringing all the real talent in for you. Recruiting the Nurse will be useful once you've got enough models that STD risk starts climbing and plastic surgery becomes routine to max out the Attractiveness of girls (tip: each pass through plastic surgery raises that stat by +20 even if you change nothing about her). All the other named NPCs are... kind of irrelevant, really. Their perks are nice but not game changing, but they do come in handy when you want to expand your PA roster to include permanent Analytics and maybe a Lawyer if you forget to wear rubbers. You'll never need a PA assigned to Production or Distribution if you're using this guide. All told, even when your vast empire is complete you'll probably still have less than 20 staff members, total, doing everything. All that matters from there is seeing how many camgirls you can have working at once before your computer runs out of RAM.

More strategy notes:

1) The sad truth about studios is that they just aren't profitable as far as uploading to PornTube goes. At max level skill, with the pay demands needed to keep them from quitting with a full schedule, you'll be shelling out easily $40K a month just in salaries. At most you can make 20 videos in one month (5 per week for 4 weeks) and if you're lucky you'll get $3K each. While that does add up about $60K per month keep in mind that those models are getting paid, too, and once that's factored in you'll be lucky to take home half that - which means, when the accounting is done, most of the time a porn studio will actually lose money (and I didn't even mention equipment costs).

2) That being said, they can still make a profit but only if you're playing the long game and have enough camwhores already on your staff to float the expense of the studio. They way this works is through websites and making high-quality/variety films for those sites. Though most websites don't pay diddly at first, once you've got a large enough subscriber base a good porn site can pull in $100K per month or more, and if you can feed that site everything it needs from a single porn studio then congratulations - you're now actually making a decent profit from this combination. Most porn sites will never require more than a dozen new videos per month to maintain that high late-game payout, so you can (if you're willing to juggle it just so) probably maintain 3 sites from just 2 studios. That's worthwhile cash.

3) The other advantage of porn studios is, of course, combining with them the Manager Perk that raises a model's Like rating per scene. As always, this is how you turn your regular models into camgirls and your camgirls into pornstars-on-the-side. A camgirl with a low 15-20% company share will get enough of a happiness boost from her camshow channel that she'll almost always be down for doing regular porn on the side - and it helps keep her fame high, so it's a win-win.

4) In summary, a porn studio that is just uploading to the PornTubes is waste of money. You can do that at home with amateur porn for a staff cost of zero. The porn studio is there to fuel your websites with stuff other than your homemade amateur porn... and to mold models into expanding their horizons into new types of porn, of course.

5) Now that the bank is viable again (11% dividend at max level) by all means throw all your extra cash in there. Your ultimate endgame goal should be to amass enough wealth that you can run your studio off your bank percentage alone. This isn't easy - we're talking about a few hundred million dollars here - but if you can do it then you have basically won the game forever.

I must add that camgirls have been severely nerfed since these versions. And I think the new depravity mechanic was also added after this but for a beginner this should be quite the goldmine. The earnings of camgirls who have done porn is also nerfed. So, once a camgirl crosses that bridge her destiny will probably lie in the wilderness of the hardcore.

Also, first time out always play with cheats on. You never know when you might need a 'bail out'. Games are meant to be fun.
Remember contracts are OP in the mid game. If you find yourself casting a girl quite often. It might be best to just give them a contract.
