i've played with the eyes trying to make the irises movable. it's too much work to do that now.

Yeah. I created website. I expanded the buildings and recruited every special npc in game. I played hours but contract offering thing didn't show up.
button should appear in the right bar after you click on a girl. if it's disabled hover over it to see what the tooltip says.
If you are still having trouble, could it be your perks? The whoremaster perk prevents you from having models on contract.

I've never fired an npc so not sure if that'll work or not, just rolled back to a previous save or started a new game if I wanted to try something else.
