Then you may have a (difficult) interview and better contract her right away; beware that she is considered topstar to your rivals, so sometimes she is signed right after your interview by them. Though the possibility to "recruit" them it is not intented, as far as i understood. But i think you were talking about the riddle ones (i.e. tomb raider) - even though they seem to be maxed out i still would like to get them into my team

Other thing im wondering is why does having a girl shoot a solo casting scene sometimes cost way more than it should. Noticed it before but like this one that just happened we just agreed she'd charge me like $470 for a solo scene and instead it costs me 1900. It seems like the average is roughly a 4x cost increase on what you literally just agreed for her to charge.

I'm not pretty sure i understood that, but it seems way easier to me to just mod one ? Anyway i am still not so far to get into the mechanics of contracts and training, there is so much to check out each update, but thanks anyway, i might try that soon.
By the way modding: i had now 5 chars appearing different places and used the same template (different named of course) - and it happens that i meet char 1 and make step one of the conversation, and in another location with a different char it continues with step 2 from char one- so after getting through with one routine i get one char and the others are (b)locked. So it seems to me sometimes the variables of my choices are saved in some same file besides the .gd ones or even find a way into the character files - what might happen since i imported my 1st char, edited it and saved it under a new name. Anyway there is some mixup, or is it just me^^

Put her on contract, select all the scene types you want her to do. Her likeness will start I think at 10%. Then chose the "increase likeness when shooting scene type" for the staff or production manager, and make that model increase her likeness for the scene 2% at a time.
Personally I think it should be much quicker, like 5% at a time. 18 weekly shoots (4-5 months) would be enough to raise the likeness to 100%. It won't lower the difficulty, just make the game more interesting and less grindy.

Give her alcohol and do the desired scene. You buff all likes for that day.
I routinely do this do my high level models who don't want to do Boy/Girl. I almost feel like I should draw a bonus for making 'rare' scenes.

My experience is you need level 2 reputation. You may have also needed to leave the office and reenter.
