Ask her out on dates or other get togethers via the menu under the three horizontal lines to the right of her name. Call her to the office, and it'll be one of the choices. I think that you can increase it by 2% per day, so it takes a while.
Definitely one of my favourite porn games out there but for personal reasons i like to play it on android and not on my pc, any idea when there will be an updated android version on here?

You increase relationship points by clicking on the pop up menu icon to the right of their name > Call to office. There you have all kinds of options, depending on the amount of rel. points you have. You can make her a personal

To be fair, your attachment does show two cheat buttons activated on the game screen. One is at the top next to the trophy icon and says "Cheats." The other is the green 4-leaf clover icon on the bottom right of the screen. Clicking this button will allow you to change the selected character stats (i.e. cheat) including, I believe, "Relationship". A lot of the games have versions with a cheat system. This helps players advance through the game and explore the content while still under development. So less of an accusation and more of a statement of fact since you are using a version with the cheats enabled - which is an option you would have had to select when starting the game.
Personally, I love this buggy little game. It's really unique in the way it looks and plays. But the basic systems are really pretty simple so far. To increase relationship -> Right Click the character name. From the drop-down select "Call To Office." From the resultant options select "Ask On Date." The character will accept or refuse. If they accept - go on date and you will immediately have the option at the end of it to add the character as a boyfriend/girlfriend. If they refuse - wait a bit and try it again. Try the Harem Master start and Poke-Em-All, eh?
Back to the cheats - in this game they are generous to put it mildly. You can break the game quick. But as a game there is really just a LOT of management mechs. I tend to cheat through that grind and get to the real power of this game - the quick fap. LOL!

I usually never activate cheat modes for games, but for this one, I would strongly advise anyone who start a game they want to keep playing with in the long run to activate the cheat option. It doesn't cost anything, and it might be the only way to circumvent certaint unpleasant surprises specific to the heavy randomness in this game (which makes it otherwise so cool).
Example, choosing the skin tones recently became unavailable. The result is you sometimes end up with rare models, but with a fluorescent yellow skin tone you can't change in normal mode. The cheat mode will allow you to do just that.
This game is brilliant, and unique. But understandably it's always WIP with many changes from update to update (eg, skin color issue). Most of all, it's very very long to play if you want to achieve certain goals or you're a perfectionist like myself. The cheat mode will help you save some time.
So yeah, my advice is, always activate the cheat option when starting a PE game!

Sorry man,I tried to play this game without any cheats provided by dev on previous versions.But with every update I have to start from all over ,so yu know how frustrating it is to start everytime all over
Also I don't wanna grind too much for game money as I don't wanna waste my time for that.

Is it possible to delete custom created groups?
Because on Production Screen of PA, if you have more groups, screen expands horizontally, that makes thing above can't visible like tags. I am playing on 798d2

I second that. Its also unfortunately possible to run into financial issues despite playing it safe, so I like to keep the cheat bar there as a failsafe. Not to get greedy, but just to make sure I keep my head above water.
say which skin tones so i can remove them. if you want you can also post replacement color.
i've already made group removing but you'll have to wait till next update

Well that's not what I meant really, and perhaps it's only a few people like me who have that kind of problem. I can't think of one color in particular, but just that having 100 different tones for this kind of 2D art is wierd to look at.
I understand that so far it was crazy to be able to allow any model to change ethnicity.
PLEASE keep it a feature for the cheat mode though! I usually change the special NPCs into Ebony (except the great Lena) so as to keep diversity in my model pool, which I want to keep nice and tidy and ethnically balanced, and use only European models for my "white" contingent... I have a thing for Euro trash porn stars, and usually dislike White American pornstars (too...American, and way too masculine for my taste).
But as I previously suggested, in normal mode, you should still be able to change the skin color within the ethnic group.
BTW, for Asians, to follow up on the recent restrictions you implemented, the only eyes available should be the Asian ones so as not to change ethnicity. And of course vice-versa as well, non asians shouldn't be able to turn Asian either.
FYI, the only colors I use are the following, I really believe they are the most pleasant tones to look at:
-Number 29 for whites
-Number 37 for East Asians (Korean/Japanese/Chinese)
-Number 51 for Latinas
-Number 59 for NorthAfrican/Arab/Persian, Indian etc.
-Number 76 for Ebony
There are of course more nice tones, but I only use these ones, because 2D art can never afford so many tones, you always need some kind of overall harmony in any palette you use

Or, perhaps, just not have ethnicity linked so closely to physical features. You want all skin tones for all characters. Someone out there likely wants all eye types for all characters. Morphological differences among the human phenotypes don't divide into clean, organized little sets in the same we that we have socially determined that people are one thing or another. There's so much genetic drift in the real world that classifying people by their features alone isn't accurate. Maybe in the game, ethnicity should just be a flag that is not disrupted by what features a character has.

Yeah but that was my previous point on the cheating issue. I'd be fine with all features available for everybody in the cheat mode.
On the other hand, ethnicity is extremely important in porn, whether we like it or not. And yes, it can lead to strange situations, where you see Latinas, even Ebonies, sometimes categorised as "Asians", Asians sometimes categorised as "Latinas" (especially Asian Americans), according to their appearance.
The emphasis put in the game on ethnicity in this sense is perfectly justified, because IRL no porn site would ever be crazy enough to even think of denying the user the possibility to beeline to an ethnic fetish he wants. It's become perhaps the most important categorisation there is, even more important that titty size, dunno.
But maybe, as you seem to suggest, just disconnect ethnicity from the skin color, reimplement full color control for the player, but without the possibility of modifying the ethnicity of the model? (in normal mode!)

The ball sucking animation is already in the game for the scene where you can convince Alice McClean to work for you. She does it on the beach. I've never seen it anywhere else though, and always wondered why.
maybe i dont understand you right,As far as I know, these or those differences of an ethnic group depend primarily on the living conditions of this ethnic group, the darkskin inhabitants of hot countries have wider noses. because it helps to cool the air faster before it gets into the lungs, and the color of the skin helps to transfer heat in general in the first place. making ethnicity just tags in the game while the appearance of the character does not match the tags is just stupid.

You know... making the rehab an actual place you could go to recruit would be fun. You could visit your models, recruit new ones. Heck, if your character gets addicted, you could check in. Maybe there's even a sex addict therapy group.

The amount of depth to this game as a management sim is really impressive. From staffing to performer chemistry, a perfectionist could fiddle and tweak endlessly. Add in Cam Shows and Websites and the game is a lot. There are some story lines, but they are secondary and make daily repetitiveness tolerable for a bit. I've seen a number of games with impressive mechanics, but too often one mech breaks another. While this game is easily breakable with the cheats, it does a really good job at keeping stats and effects "containered" in that they do what they should without leaking through the game.
When fully fleshed out, it will be interesting to see what sort of gameplay develops beyond the movie producer grind and the minimal, short story(s). I had a doctor buddy a number of years ago who LOVED sitting in front of Roller Coaster Tycoon and tinkering with it for hours making changes that only he would notice. There is plenty here that would entertain him already, although he might get lost choosing a skin tone...
It is somewhat reductive of me to mention how well this game turns from a complex management sim to a simple little fap machine. But honestly, it's a compliment. Some of these complex games will reward you with the same sex gif over and over, but Porn Empire has an ambitious sex scene animation project going on. On a long enough timeline, everything is repetitve, but there is already a lot more here than most games offer visually.
In short, this game has flavor for the tweakers* as well as the dopamine-fiends**.
* i.e. Perfectionists, detail obsessed players
** i.e. "Gimme The Feels-Good NOW!" types
