If you could choose lawyer option, "I have an excellent ... bla bla bla", go office, open staffs, find your Lawyer. you will see their names on Options tab and contract break fee. if you click it they will appear in your girls list. break fee is 100k. also if you do not make contract with them Rival companies can get them back. so be careful if you do not want to waste your 100k

You can recruit custom characters as staff, IIRC. There is a command for it. Check the dialogue template.

Would it be possible to use the hotel room?
If player has hotel room rented then they can send a girl to work there if she has escort trait. The room would be unavailable to player while escort is working (maybe include a time slider similar to training), but they could peek in on her servicing client (like "take a look" in studio). For a bit of extra peril, make security a factor; player can assign a guard to make sure she doesn'r get ripped off or injured.
Alternatively, implement escort trait as a means to level up low level girls. Sending a girl off to escort results in a slight boost to potential, allowing player to train up anf keep some of their favourite lower level girls throughout the game. Player could risk increased police attention and/or making the girl too unhappy to train/work for a bit.
Or... have an escort site which works simliar to camsite, but with the risk of girls getting ripped off, injured as well as unwanted police attention (maybe even include the stalking/harassment feature).
On a complete unrelated note: Would it be possible to implement sex toys in a similar way to drugs? Sex toys could give boost to chemistry, likes, happines etc but cost more and without the risk of addiction. A new sex shop location?? please??

Contextually, I'll take it you mean the game. However, as a meta "Art looks like shit" is a far more interesting topic...
As far as the art in the game goes my opinion differs - and my opinion is... well as useless as any other, I suppose. As far as the locations, they look pretty good. These are real spaces with unique backdrops and in some cases, multiple areas (club, beach, hotel, mall). A lot of games use various images that don't always tie together into an aesthetic that works as a theme. That can't be said about this and other games that create unique art throughout.
The "World Map" - while small - is also one of the least busy maps I've interacted with. It's pretty easy to navigate which for a game around around here, that's high art.
The character creator is wonderfully ambitious. It skimps on male characters, but for creating females it is really intricate. Some parts are perhaps overdone (skin selection, for example) but the rest gives the player or modder the freedom to make some rather unique looks - and even make convincing models of real porn actresses (see repository on dev page).
Considering the depth of the management part of the game (where the real game lies), the extra effort put into the art and animation (which the dev mentioned was a bit of a pain) make this a stand out game (at least, in my previously devalued opinion). There's work to be done - but this game is one that is on the right track.
Art is subjective. Therefore the goal is never to please everyone, but rather to find your audience and please the ever-loving fuck out of them. Or so I've heard. YMMV.

GUI still needs lots of work. Info is in too many places and it is very cumbersome to manage things when the business expands. I think effort should go to reducing number of pages and tabs. Also there is clear lack of proper feed back on things.
Best thing right now is the special characters. Maybe deeper personal interactions instead of menu clicking management could improve the game?

Repuptation goes down if you go long periods without uploading and there's also a reputation penality when caught uploading secretly recorded (very high if refuse to pay fine, lower if pay. If you recruited girl and she confronts you then there's no penality if you give her bonus). You can gain big boosts to reputation by helping find and returning dog to girls in park, choose not to fuck them.
Has anyone made any progress with the tax inspector NPC? I can't find any answers anywhere.
After her second visit (Feb/Jan) she says she'll visit in a few weeks to check progress. I played up untill June in game and she didn't return; Are there any specific requirements for her to visit again or do I have to wait longer?
I tried playing without setting up company, to see if she would vist with another warning about avoiding tax, but still no return visit.
