I gotta agree.. I want to like the game enough to sign up on patreon, but I can't even get the first movie done. I can't believe I need 5k by earning 100\day at the bar before I can start with even a street level hooker to make a movie.

you can hire a chick in the agency and shoot a scene with her by pressing camera button top right as soon as you start the game.

you dont need studio, direcotrs & equipment at the start.
studio shootings are meant for later when you have enough cash rolling in. mid to late game

Well, that explains a LOT. I don't see that side bar when I'm running the game. I'll try clicking on more things to find it.

Can answer the first one regarding special characters:
Alice: Beach
Maid: Hotel Room
Smart teen (forgot her name) : Library (Personal assistant or actress)
Fitness trainer: Gym
Sex instructor: Bar
Nurse: Hospital (surprise aye?) penedeyewink:
2 female cops: Slum alley where you buy drugs, if you play it right you can hire them as security or actress' in the end.

Special NPC's you can't hire yet, but can play with:
Fancy rich cougar woman: Hotel lobby, then Jewelry shop (her husband owns it) read her dialogues to get a clue which location you find her next.
3 different cosplay girls, the convention part of Hotel, can't recall exactly when they start to pop up there randomly, but if you answer their questions correctly (might need a guide) you get to have fun with them and also unlock the costumes they wear, so you can outfit your own girls with them, if so wished.

Think that's all I discovered on special girls so far, if more exist please update the list

About that 2 cops, I've been visiting the slum but can't seem to find them. Do I have to wait until they come banging the front door? They already have, but still no change when visiting the slums.

Alice progress seemed to be tied to the number of fans the player got. Is this intentional? I could find her time and again but she keeps repeating the same dialog. Only when I tried to add number of fans with the cheat menu do her dialog progresses.

FYI, I'm playing v0.74b.

BTW, why does enlarging/reducing breasts and/or changing tattoos/piercing adds MILF characteristic? Design choice?

Yes, you can. When a filming is scheduled, stroll over to the studios. In the upper left corner you can see the state of preparation (Prep, Make-Up and finally Shooting). Once the shooting starts, you can select the Studio it's being shot in and press the upper right button to watch the filming.

Loving this so far, good progression and the custom events and custom girls are really good.

I'd love to see more of the custom girls and maybe some more negative traits for girls to increase the difficulty of the game as the game goes on.

I notice that there is an option to give contracts to Boys as well as Girls. Given that the Boys are never unavailable (as far as I can tell), can't get skill points and can't be trained, is there any reason to ever give a contract to one of them? I guess maybe you can save money overall if you give them a scene every single day possible?

Found what I think is a bug. When I close all my websites and leave the office and then return to the office, I no longer have a company at all, no scenes, stats etc.

editors will automaticly take any finished scene and start working on it. edit time depends on their level.
i forgot to update that status when you clicked on them.

From the town map, go to the mall. In the mall, there is a store. When in the store, there is a left-sidebar and one of the icons is a stack of coins which is the 'buy' button, click this to open a screen where you can select items to buy including various cameras and lights.

Once you have bought a camera and lights, these will be in your inventory and will automatically add 'quality' to quick-scenes. If you have a studio, click one of the studios on the studio map to open the options. There are a few tabs on the studio where you can assign staff etc. One of these tabs allows you to assign lights and camera to the studio by selecting the items you purchased earlier from the store in drop-down menus.

Note: Even if all the cameras and lights in your inventory are assigned to studios, the highest quality level camera and lights in your inventory will still be applied to quick-scenes.
