The Relief Girl

Stairway to Heaven is long and arduous, and you might play for hours without actually slipping someone your
Monster Cock - so the
Relief Girl suddenly appears, letting you bust a nut on the journey to your actual goal, which is the bedding of someone else entirely. To call the
Relief Girl "Easy" would be an understatement, she often has no character traits or motivations other than wanting the protagonist to blow his load.

She can be the
Slutty Best Friend of one of the girls, or she can be a
Lewd Aunt, or a completely unrelated girl. Often, she is encountered at the end of the 0.1 demo, after the characters that are planned to be fuckable at a distant point in the future of development have been introduced, just to make clear to the player that this IS a porn game, and not just some virtual tour of some dorks house.
The Relief Girl is a staple of male protagonist incest games. Examples:
Dating My Daughter - Elena, Georgina and several other girls are immediately attracted to the MC and fuck him at pretty much the first opportunity they get. Meanwhile, the oblivious Daughter requires hours of progression just to get her to take off her clothes in front of you.
My Sister, My Roommate - Before the story proper about the sexual tension between siblings sharing a room even starts, you are jumped (and basically raped) by a drunk neighbor, who you never see again.
Sisterly Lust - Ana periodically pops up to help the MC bust a nut for no adequately explained reason.

Dreaming of Dana - You fuck Andrea right on day 1, after she is introduced as your new secretary. She becomes a "real character" later, though.
