I'm really hoping that we the player get to see what happened when he hypnotized her or whatever.

This is already in the game! After the July+Keen scene whatever you path take you go home to sleep and in the dream you will see a vision of what Keen did to Izzy and with a happy ending!

Hard to keep NTR in the main story. Scenario cascade. There are too many paths that will develop.

Just an idea but why are those choices in the game anyway? Keen making Izzy a zombie a should be a canon part of the game and the only real choice should be July route NTR or Vanilla.

Nobody asked for those choices in the first place.
