Let's talk about the good of this scene though. The animation was easily in his top animations. The bed rocked better in this dream scene then in the Kevin one. The position wasn't missionary or doggy style. The penetration angle was fantastic.
I would have liked to see this as a what if so it get's more played out, but at the same time, I don't see where it can go from there. For what it is, I think it's probably his best Dream scene animation wise, but story probably last place. There wasn't much he could do with it if anything, between the guitar lessons and the fucking starting.

First one seems way more interesting honestly just for the, again, fantastical concept. I understand that be more work for the author mind you since they'd need to change the character models, but again that sounds more interesting by the simple fact that that's something you surely would never see in game unless they go for a dream route, which is exactly what these sort of dream sequences should be about.
Second one sounds like a generic bad end again. That could be a character arc for Aliza, with Sterling having to intercept the dirty old man porn, I can work with it if the porn she ends up consuming is

Not me, I'm a noob. I'm on my 7th playthrough and I still spend the whole game frantically throttling my joystick.
The Dream scenes are nice. My favourite is the third one. The busty asian Tsukiko do it for me. I hope we will get more of her in the next chapter of the main game.
