Is this caused by the inc patch?

EDIT: Error only occurs when inc patch is in the files.

Rename D:\Games\PowerVacuum-Chapter_6-pc and put the patch into the game folder.

Could someone tell me what type of gameplay this has? Is it a good VN or it is a Sandbox grind'n'find?
