I am explaining it to you because you are not getting it.
You answered my question to someone else but completely ignored the framing of who and when (quoted below for your convenience). There's no self defense justifying situation at that point in the story, and there's no way Sterling could convince Ophelia to sell her house when Hunter is willing to pay the mortgage and hasn't done anything egregious yet. So thatoneguy's plan was absurd because he, in Sterling's shoes, would have been fighting an impossibly uphill battle all by himself. This is what I was joking about, but you lost the plot from the get-go.

If i were in his shoes, grandad would have an 'accident' pretty much immediately after the first conversation.
And how would you have paid the mortgage?
step 1. get a job
step 2. sell the giant mansion you cannot afford.
step 3. buy a much smaller house at a cheaper area.
First somehow get away with murdering your grandfather, then land a decent paying job as a 19-year-old with no skills or experience, then buy a home with no credit and no savings. Super easy, barely an inconvenience!

1. thatoneguy's plan is perfectly reasonable. as I have already explained.

2. You seem to have forgotten that there have been a bunch of posts since then. where you doubled down on the notion that this is totally realistic story and that everyone has no choice but going along with hunter's porn plot. as such you expanded the scope of your claims far beyond "I think this guy's plan is bad because he would go to prison for murder" and instead started arguing that people would all sell their family to a rapist because of a mortgage.

Perfectly reasonable to murder someone before they give you a justifiable reason?

Just because I criticize thatoneguy's plan specifically, you think I'm saying the characters have no options? I made no such assertions and you're presenting a false dichotomy.

You're arguing with what you think I'm saying, when what I actually said is quite limited in scope and hardly worth arguing. Let's move on.

1. it is not murder. it is self defense. just because it is hard to prove in the court of law does not change that.

2. Justifiable and "don't go to prison" are not the same thing.
Sometimes, going to prison for what you believe in is perfectly justifiable morally.
I hope that if I am placed in such a situation I could keep my wits and calm in such a scenario and plot until I have a safe "don't go to prison" plan. but regardless, it is justifiable action. both morally and in terms of being willing to self sacrifice some years in prison in exchange for protecting your family.
Just because I criticize thatoneguy's plan specifically, you think I'm saying the characters have no options? I made no such assertions and you're presenting a false dichotomy.
it is not just because you criticize thatoneguy. it is because of some of your specific points while criticizing him and also when arguing with me.

take for example, right here:
And how would you have paid the mortgage? It might be harder to protect your family if they're homeless. Play chess, not checkers.
Here you posit that if they don't accept hunter's deal, they will become homeless.

This is several steps beyond merely criticizing him for murder and into the realm of creating a false dichotomy between acquiescing to hunter's demands and becoming homeless

So again to get this straight, Drew and Kevin will get additional endings? I'm saying this because they already got their epilogue endings in chapter 12. As of now from the teasers we have 5+ NTR scenes [more to come].

As Sterling will get only one ending since people call him 'MC'. This last update [not sure about the one that comes after this, since it's not confirmed whether it'll be rolled out in patches or a single update] will definitely be NTR focused then, what started with a couple of scenes, the NTR protagonists started increasing and even after getting their endings they will get more ? and for Sterling even if he's not involved and there are girls present and they do the nasty it's called vanilla/non-ntr, that shouldn't be the case, because for NTR scenes the NTR protagonists are doing the deed, they're not absent from the scene. Darted said if the polls show 2 girls winning, Sterling maybe added to the scene, but that can only be confirmed once the game releases, because three poll wins are for NTR ends [including the HunterxLucia win as well].

This update and supposedly the coming update after this will be big on NTR front since WWG doesn't want to disappoint his high paying donors.

Speaking of Drew, we haven’t seen much of her during teasers since Ophelia is forcing her to wear a chastity belt. So I’m wondering what’s going to be her angle considering this is the last chapter. As time goes on will Ophelia and the others eventually let her join the family fun? Will she take over Hunter whole operation and funds? I’m just curious to see what Drew is planning to do next

Those weren't epilogue endings. Those were normal bad ends.

Sterling will get as many endings as there are girls for him. When he says each girl will get an ending, i'm sure he meant with Sterling. Not "remember the titans" style end credits where it says what they did with their lives after PV ended.

Semantics ("murder" in the legal sense versus the literal). My point is that Sterling killing Hunter so early on is extremely "preemptive self defense", which is like a weird blend of "Minority Report" and "The Bush Doctrine". Think about what the characters know, and when they know it. Stop thinking about it from the omniscient perspective of the audience having played through the story.

Here you posit that if they don't accept hunter's deal, they will become homeless.

Connect the dots: Sterling kills Hunter on day 1, Sterling goes to prison, no one pays the mortgage, the family loses the house (whether the sell it or it's foreclosed is irrelevant). In hindsight, perhaps saying they'd be homeless is exaggerating, they'd most likely find somewhere to live. With Hunter dead and Sterling in jail, the obvious solution would be for the girls to use their natural charms to find new men who can provide for them. That might be cynical but it's literally a central theme of this story. The irony is that killing Hunter immediately would lead to an even less desirable outcome for Sterling than merely thwarting Hunter's schemes, as the girls get railed by strangers and (then-puny) Sterling gets railed by inmates.

Now, before you sperg out, I am not saying that Sterling has no choice but to accept Hunter. There are multiple solutions and Sterling is gradually arriving at one.

The main thing is that after the release of this update, WWG does not lose desire and motivation due to pressure from fans and hate, as some developers do with a hasty ending. Like, out of spite against they can do so by ending on this and not giving a full ending for the vanilla finale.

That's why DD69-1 talks about it, thinking that in the future Dev at some point may not continue those endings and epilogues as if he can drag out time while others have already received enough satisfaction. But I hope that I'm wrong and WWG will satisfy everyone with all possible endings)))

Moreover, my biggest dream ending is a full-fledged pregnant content on canon, while this was already in "What if..."

I think a part of Drew genuinely wants to bond with the girls and not just get into their pants. She was genuine with Brenna until she got gassed in the bad end. She really wanted to hear Brenan out. She gets mad at Hunter methods and wants to love the girls, not rape them.

In Lucia's bad end she didn't go after the whole kitchen, she settled for Lucia and Keira. Even bonded with her.

There is of course the case with Tiff, where that was purely lust, but that was an outside the family scenario. So it's shown she does have lust too, but has it under control when it comes to family.

So i don't know. I think she really would give bonding with the family a shot. Even if it meant she'd have to be shackled until they could trust her. As we see in the bad end for her teasers. The sex scene is wrong choice and i'm assuming if she passes they let her back in.

Semantics
Not really. there is a pretty big difference between murder and self defense.
even if you get placed in an odd situation where you can't prove it in a court of law, does not mean it didn't happen.
Think about what the characters know, and when they know it. Stop thinking about it from the omniscient perspective of the audience having played through the story.
You know what, you actually have a point here. I made a mistake when defending thatguy.
In retrospect, the day 1 conversation with hunter he did not explicitly state he was going to rape the girls. But rather his intent to seduce them.
The appropriate response to him saying he will seduce the girls is mocking laughter, not murder.
It is only when he makes it clear that he expects you to act as an accessory to a rape that it becomes actually reasonable self defense.
And even then you should ideally wait for a better opportunity (eg: catching him red headed) rather than doing it on the spot.
I am willing to admit when I was wrong.
In hindsight, perhaps saying they'd be homeless is exaggerating, they'd most likely find somewhere to live.
I am glad we agree, yes.
The irony is that killing Hunter immediately would lead to an even less desirable outcome for Sterling than merely thwarting Hunter's schemes, as the girls get railed by strangers and (then-puny) Sterling gets railed by inmates.
Hunter is vile, while most men are not like him at all.
The odds are very good that whatever provider the girls find, they turn out to be decent men.
And having your sister find a good man to be her husband and provider is quite a lot better than her being raped by a disgusting horror creature.

Even at day 1, we know he intends to seduce then dump the girls.

you're just assuming this one, that Sterling will will get an end with each of the girls, this has not been confirmed by the dev. Kevin's ending literally had an Happy ending image at the end which was shared here, and said that if you're Kevin you can stop at this point. Hunter has been getting epilogue endings since chapter 10 because Sterling just dies after that and your calling them normal bad ends. I'm not sure you're understanding this because you prefer NTR hence you don't care, however the scenes and the ends of the NTR genre are heavily increasing in these upcoming updates.

The main thing is that after the release of this update, WWG does not lose desire and motivation due to pressure from fans and hate, as some developers do with a hasty ending. Like, out of spite against they can do so by ending on this and not giving a full ending for the vanilla finale.

Thank you for saying this and it's sadly true... The push from the NTR fans is there and the screenshot that pinkie shared even in a way confirms that the developer will not do justice to the vanilla end [talking strictly vanilla here and not some girl on girl where Sterling isn't even involved those are not vanilla scenes.] WWG even said he'll roll them out in patches because he has no motivation in building up Sterling because it's a bland character, hence he will lose motivation. can't wait for the dev to prove me wrong on this. I'm still sure that we'll get one end for Sterling, but he'll spin it off by saying it's a big one wherein it'll have Sterling just spewing jokes as a defense mechanism.
