I tried to play it but the game forces me to play in one way only. I wanted to choose the NTR path but it doesn't exist, it doesn't let me, it repeats the action over and over until I accept the vanilla option. It's a shame ,I wanted to try the NTR path. But it's impossible, it's a game with 1400 pages thread, obviously there won't be NTR, the dev would be doxed.

There IS NTR. just because there isn't a path, doesn't mean that the scenes that exist aren't NTR. NTR still happens, but it's not canon. there's a difference.

Check the settings when you start your new game, or in the main bedroom there should be the face of Hunter so you can click it to activate NTR. You did something wrong, because NTR works in the game. It's presented as an alternative end to a story/chapter, not the entire game through-out.

I have NTR enabled, but if you choose the NTR option, it shows you the cutscene but the bot appears and tells you to try again. It's impossible to move forward unless you choose the vanilla option.

Because there is no NTR path mate. There are only NTR scenes that are bad endings. The game is a core vanilla game.

It's funny because it's supposedly not canon, so if it's not canon why not make an NTR route? Just by saying that it's not canon you get rid of those annoying whiny tourists.

NTR fans as well as vanilla fans are used to such an outcome of the event, other people have already explained to you that this <Bad ending>.

This is a rather rare game incest game with a story where you allegedly make the wrong decision and "What if...?" happens.

if the developer decided to create a separate route, you would already start whining why updates come out more than almost two years, not to mention that with each more content time is charged more than a year.

but if it's the hundreds saying it's fine. you're saying it's wrong. wouldn't that make you the odd one out?

it's done like this so he doesn't have to create 2 routes. it already takes a year for an update. doing a second route would just make the game take twice as long.

i personally like the NTR to be the first time, every time. It keeps it fresh and the girls react to it differently each time.

We're at chapter 12. Each chapter has about two bad endings (the first one even three). That would mean we'd have 25 different NTR paths if WWG continued those. 25 of the most boring paths, I must say, because there'd be no real story, just sex. There have already been complaints that the non-finale sex scenes are repetitive, so what do you think the backlash for that would be? I'd bet this would be the first NTR game that would get hate from the NTR fans.

The issue is that we refer to Power Vacuum as a "game" when it really isn't. It doesn't have "gameplay" beyond limited choice of which subplot to advance next, and whether you want to see alternate endings. There is no choosing love interests or routes (or any player agency at all). There are no minigames or secret collectables. It might be more accurate to describe PV as a visual novel. If you think of it that way you might be less bothered.

Personally, I'm fine with PV in this format, because I enjoy its story. It can also be overwhelming for a dev to write parallel routes of equal quality, which can lead to longer release cycles, and abandonment in the worst cases.

You think the story's execution is stupid, because it won't do things the way you want it to, and refuse to elaborate on why because "too many fans to explain it to"... That's some basement-tier trolling right there!

We're not even talking about routes or multiple choices, most Devs are too lazy to do that once there's money. It's just letting the scene continue without repeating the correct choice, just in the next scene you take the official one.

Most people never have their own criteria or analyze. If it's not canon then there's no need to create 2 routes, just show the scene and in the next choice you continue along the main line. Just try not to have the robot appear to tell you to choose again or force you to watch a scene you don't want.

What do you mean "that the scene continues"? First you're talking about a route (which isn't possible since there's too many bad endings already), and now you want "the scene to continue"? Continue with what? Just go into the main story as if it didn't happen? Yeah, that will start complaints. "I took the NTR option and now it's like it never happened". You're backpedalling so hard you're not making sense.
