I found a problem and delivered a solution. There's no reason to be a crybaby just because I found one thing I don't like.

People need to learn that there is an option to just NOT PLAY the game and stop crying about something.

I learned this during an experience I had with another game here.

I kinda miss shorter scrawnier Sterling honestly, but I do understand his transformation was required in order to hammer home the overall themes of the game about the inherent patriarchal and toxic nature of the genre it is satirising.

From the instructions posted with the patch: Merge the folders entitled "game". Did you do that ?
Did you close and then start a new game ?

Yeah I merger it with the game file and close the game and started new put keep getting the censored version .
