It's an actual screencap from the 1978 movie classic, so no photoshop. As with all special effects of those days, they look bad when you look at an individual frame, like here. But when seen in a moving sequence, it is quite effective.

At the end of each chapter you unlock that chapters part of the gallery. A full save will have the complete gallery. You can find one in Dart's signature in the comment above yours.
That mod is partly redundant. I don't know when it started, but WWG interpolates his videos to make them go from 30fps to 60fps and that mod turned some videos into 60fps by interpolating them again. so for most / some of the videos, it didn't end up doing anything. maybe for some of the older videos, where wwg wasn't doing 60fps animations yet, it might do something.
