The What if? is out and I have to say it, it's the best thing PV ever. It is now my favorite scene in PV, canon, non-canon or otherwise What if? It was the best thing WWG has ever made.

This and it's still my favorite NTR scene even when there are more hardcore bad ends. It was just done so well.

Can you see that in the gallery or do you have to make certain choices in dialogue to reach that NTR scene?

You can see it in the gallery without ever having to see it in-game. Gallery includes every scene of a chapter.
