But what about those fans who want to see more of Ava and Mallory. Or the fans of Kumiko and Amber. Where does the line get drawn at that point to decide who isn't worth it this time? I prefer the longer wait. And I understand why this Dev probably does it. He or she doesn't want to hear the whining from whomever about their favorites not being in the new update. This way, everyone (except for those NTR haters who are only here to whine) is happy.

If you allow NTR then you'll see that Drew does indeed has a penis. I forgot the exact dialogue surrounding her vagina but I think she said that it's difficult to find a good doctor that can do the surgery properly. Take the latter half of my response with a grain of salt.
Considering each chapter is a "story-arc", that would mean we only get half the chapter. Ending an update halfway through the chapter would be worse than ending on a cliff hanger.

Most of the seminal fluid comes from the prostate, though tbf to you, the testicles is where it is produced and stored viable actual sperm.

More frequent updates would be great, but I like the lengths of the chapters so I'm fine with the longer wait. Also a lot of the events in each chapter are interwoven, so shorter chapters would definitely leave some characters sidelined.
Don't they teach this any more? The testicles make the sperm, but the seminal vesicle and prostate actually produce the seminal fluid (i.e. "cum"). Those are internal so Drew would still have them. She's "shooting blanks" as they say, meaning semen with no sperm, so she can't impregnate anyone.
