Heres a question how do we know that Hunter and/or Drew ever fucked the girls: Ophelia, Brenna, Catherine or Aliza before Sterling came back home.

Plus, it seems like Drew, at least for some time, might have been far more invested in pounding David than Ophelia based on the reveals from the copies of his email & phone accounts found by the MC within Kevin's encrypted HD.

As pointed out, repeatedly, by several people, both of them have been completely out of Ophelia and her children lives since they were rugrats, due to David's intervention among other factors.
Sterling is a very new factor in the equation and for a time Hunter thought of him as a prospective pupil/heir instead of a rival.
