So it will be an april update for us in europe and it's not going to be an 1st april joke either.
Not trying to be a dick but is that a hard confirm? He's been more consistent/up-front than most devs from what I remember when I used to donate and he's usually delivered within the timeframes he's said he would(From what I've heard) but this update just says he "plans" on releasing this month and "hopes to see us later this month."
I'm not saying he's being deceitful or anything just that it doesn't sound like a hard confirm-like giving an exact release date/window-and more like he thinks he'll be able to release it and is just covering for the possibility he won't be able to to avoid backlash from impatient people. Unless that's just the verbiage he uses for hard-confirms. I'm not super familiar with how he talks around release-time so please feel free to correct me.
Again not trying to be a dick, nor do I want to rush or doubt him/y'all, just trying to manage my own expectations and accurately plan out a few nights to binge it.

You're fine, I understand it wasn't an exact date. He says he plans to release this month. Which I'm taking it as a, "if nothing goes wrong" type of speech. That's the most confirmation we've had yet. He sees his finish line and is confident he can release it this month.
You're definitely right. It's not a hard commitment and he's notoriously bad at hitting timelines he sets or just moving them back with delays. If we're lucky it will be end of March, but wouldn't at all be shocked if he moves it back to April.

No way to skip, but their ages are exact same as the main game, just used that weird pixar art style. Nothing like that happens again.

He has. CH 12 bad end where he stuffs Sterling in the robot. It ultimately led to his death. I suppose you mean a more direct approach though.

Damn, was he that bad at setting/sticking to release dates? Granted I only actively kept up with the dev cycle a few years ago when I used to donate but back then I don't remember him being notably bad. Guess I either didn't pay close enough attention or he got worse.
