Ha! proof that the community wants them both instead of only vanilla since we love both aspects, especially seeing hunter gets his old ass hurt by hi own dumbasses planning. Also all of them need to go to therapy at least once since these women have so much baggage
Lol that would be cool if we could get a psychologist level analysis for each character of PV.

Given we're now two-three days past his usual posting window do you guys think we should just assume we're getting nothing in the way of info till at least EoM barring any unreasonably good surprises? I looked back awhile and unless someone more familiar with him wants to correct me it seems like he's never missed posting past the 2nd of the month(On any clock; US, EU, etc) which tells me either that his condition is serious or that he's seriously spiraling(Or he just doesn't care about updating anyone which seems weird given that he could just lie) either way it's looking like we're as well and thoroughly fucked as any of the girls in the game(Which is an ironic fate all things considered) till at least August unless something miraculous happens
TLDR;

Personally although I'm not into NTR generally, I actually really liked how it gave stakes to this game. Usually these sorts of game plotw are just "bumble along and win", whereas I think the threat of Hunter and the awful bad ends (eg the nightmare fuel of "limbless in a fake robot", or "made into a woman via surgery and then raped" ) give a strong urgency and energy to the plot and make the reader want Sterling to win. It's good writing.

Based on the poll results, it's possible WWG could see an increase in subscribers for his next game. Even if NTR fans abandon him, there are slightly more Vanilla fans to replace them. Possibly even more Vanilla fans than that, considering some who hypothetically wouldn't vote because they're avoiding this thread.

It could all come down to who's willing to spend money. WWG could lose some high-tier NTR supporters, and gain more low-tier Vanilla supporters, but actually see a net loss in revenue. On the other hand, there are some very successful Vanilla games out there, so who knows?

"Some very successful vanilla games"?, I think you meant "some ntr games" because vanilla games are mostly successful considering they have passable writing, visuals and gameplay.

Yeah, by "some very successful vanilla games", I meant a lot of very successful vanilla games. I thought I was making an obvious understatement. ;)

You've got to be kidding me about the "passable writing". I have my own theory on why vanilla games are successful, but I will be polite and keep it to myself.

I'm not sure you read what I quoted
You "quoted" me, and linked two of your own posts... Which do not say the same thing that you had responded to. At all.

and you're dismissing stuff
Dismissing the things that you say are the same as what you'd said you said was the same, on the basis of it not being the same as what you had responded to...

I said it clearly why would I pay for content that I don't like
Which is not the same as what was said... Again.

I simply said that we to have to wait for more time for update to release because there is dev time being taken to create content that I don't like in the game [which is also not cannon], both the posts show that.
You read a statement, ignored the context of it and responded to half of it... That is literally you twisting someone else's words to suit your own argument.

Hold your horses there...

proof that the community wants them both instead of only vanilla since we love both aspects
It was never a question of what content was more popular, only which fans actually contributed more financial assistance.

especially seeing hunter gets his old ass hurt by hi own dumbasses planning.
That's been a major and obvious theme of the entire story all along.

I wasn't stating the reason for why vanilla games are successful, I was only stating the requirements/condition for a vanilla game to be successful, there's a difference.
Pfft, I starting writing my response before you edited your post, so don't act so snide.

As for the "why" vs the "conditions", that's a semantic distinction without a difference.

My issue is with the specific requirement of "passable writing". First it is too subjective, as some players have a very low bar for what is passable to them. And second is that visuals are far more important than the other two criteria.

In fact, we could probably adapt the infamous "crazy/hot scale" into a "writing/visuals scale", where players will put up with terrible dialogue/story as long as the game looks great. I know I have. :KEK:
