I hope not. Can't be bothered to try looking it up, but IIRC it was mentioned at some point that Drew deliberately chose to keep her penis, it isn't like she just didn't get around to change it yet as part of her transformation.
Having her altering her body in that way just to conform to Sterling's preferences would be degrading and show a lack of self-respect that I don't want to see. I guess there possibly may be a context in which it would be fathomable, I'm failing to think of one though.

Starling kind of set a precedent of what is possible in that regard in the PW universe. While I agree that it would be out of Character for Drew to that on her own or for Sterling to request that, accidents do happen. Let's say Hunter sets up some sort of trap to castrate Sterling but Drew accidentally springs it instead, honestly given how out crazy this game is the possibilities are endless.

I don't understand, isn't it supposed that in addition to the 18 months without an update, the developer must spend months without any kind of communication with their community to label the game as abandoned?
