im behind on updates myself but from my understanding the main story is completed but there is 5 or so epilogues still to do. Not sure how that is being handled as from the description on steam says the full version will be chapter 1-30 and the main story is 1-25. So not sure if that means 5 more chapters left or just 5 potential chapters left depending on what ending you get base on your choices.

it varies some chapters are short , some are a decent length. It's not a short game by any means.
