Question, endings make or break a game for me, don't care if a game is 99% amazing but the ending is bad I can't like them. My bar for a decent ending isn't high. So with the endings I'll probs go with the two girls. The ending with 2 girls do you atleast marry or get them both pregnant? That's basically my bar for endings if you marry both or impregnate both. Idk why but it always felt like a good ending in stories because either option in tales the beginning is just starting for the relationships.

This is actually a rather large plot spoiler, so I'd personally avoid the details. Suffice to say, you'll be happy, but if you really want details you marry one of them, but get both pregnant. On the harem ending, you get all four pregnant.

...The fuck is a "woke" relationship? Too many people just call anything and everything they don't like "woke" as if it's the biggest insult in the world.

A "woke" relationship based on my understanding is any relationship that features aspects such as 3 people or more all in a sexual relationship with one another, only seen in modern times that are deemed okay or in this section's case a "healthy and equal relationship", whereas before(as in a few centuries back) they would just be labeled degenerates.

tho to be fair, i started having my doubts when the author started introducing evolution theory and having a go at faith in god.

With the two main LIs, the two women won't be romantically involved with each other if you end up with both, but will sometimes touch a little during a threesome. They consider each other like close sisters, essentially, by the end. It's really more like a poly vee than a throuple/triad, though they do call it a throuple in-game.

There is also a harem with four women, but the two additional women you can add start off with strong romantic feelings for each other and only join if you are supportive of their relationship with each other. And unlike the first two women, they don't live with MC full-time in the Epilogues. Effectively, they let MC into their relationship rather than the other way around.

So, this is a lie based on your plan ? because you kinda got my hopes up for the 2 main LIs.

How is 3 people in love with each other a woke relationship? lol. People have been doing that kind of relationship for hundreds of years now. Heck I find it way better that way since if they're just doing it to share MC then it feels like you're forcing the girls to be unhappy to share you if they want to be with you and that's kinda a weird thing to do to someone you claim to love.

It's defo not a woke thing and the other way is just a guy wanting to feel power over woman and that's kinda sad if you need that to feel good.

Because it involves homosexuality which is not a natural disposition to have and the fetish to share your woman with someone else, plus the fact it was prohibited by every religion which both the MC and the LIs grow up influenced by it. You’d be right if I had used “woke” as a catch-all insult, which I didn’t. I used it based on how the term is commonly understood today: generally referring to certain political agendas, particularly around LGBTQ+ topics, which I personally disagree with based on my own understanding.

As for the game, I don’t expect to find its themes especially challenging, they reflect ideas that are already widely known and debated.

I think for the term woke to make sense it has to be more than the relationship being a lesbian or gay one but has to feel very forced for the sake of including it. Which it is not in this game.

I will admit i was a bit frustrated when i made my first post, because i truly liked the begining of the game, especially the character of maria, so when i came across that throuple/harem option, i had to research whether it was going in the direction i was disliking it to go to.

I don't support homosexuality due to my personal beliefs, but I hold no hatred toward lesbians in particular. My issue is simply that I don’t like the idea of sharing my woman or women, in the case of a harem with anyone, whether male or female.

The two girls do they accept eachother sharing you? Not really into that they just accept because they want to be with you but never actually fully accept eachother being with you. If they become good friends and accept sharing you then that’s fine. Idk it’s hard to explain it lol. I just have an issue making someone do something they don’t really want to do, especially someone I like.

Honestly I'd mostly go the solo route but emilia is a redhead and like both of them.

I don't really understand... I started the game and got to chose a name for me and the love interest etc and it begins like a normal game, but after we set off to the Soutlands it says chapter 5? And I'm currently on Chapter 8? But the game still plays like an introduction with me learning the game, picking stats etc...

So when i started the game, i started to find Emilia story pretty sad and started to like her more than Maria. (the poor girl suffer so much. I mean i understand that the mc and maria got a past with Maria but we didn't really live that childhood, it was more context for the story)

But without knowing the possibility of the game, i say to myself "Ok, even if you like Emilia more seems, you will do as the game want and be with Maria on your first playthrough".

And so i arrived to the chapter where it's seems, that normally we should have an important choice to do. And...... the game say "No buddy, for you, you will have the harem route only" . No choice for you.


But well even after finished the game, i still find emilia more cute. (maybe i'm the only one)

I haven't beaten the game but played most of it. I was in the camp of I prefer Maria cause how wholesome and romantic it feels. But Emilia was hotter for me for sure and I do like her character just not as much as Maria for romance.

1) Easiest fix: Move the game to a simple English-only folder

• Move the game folder to something like
  C:\Games\PriceOfPower\
• Then run the game from there.

C:\Users\Computer\Downloads\Price-Of-Power-Ch-30\lib\py2-windows-x86_64\steam_appid.txt

Manually create the folders lib → py2-windows-x86_64 if they don’t exist.
Inside that folder, create a blank file named steam_appid.txt.
(The game tries to open it with “w” mode, so the content doesn’t matter—it just crashes because the folder doesn’t exist.)
