I agree voice acting is something that overcomplicates things but more importantly greatly limits the scope a story can have in any game because of the fact that one has to voice every single line and also of course the fact that it can ruin immersion. So yes, voice acting is a waste of time essentially, in almost all cases ruins immersion and drains ressources that could make or break a game.
Now, what i was actually talking about is sound effects, like tapping, squishy sounds, blowjob slurp noises and feint female moaning.
So that the sexual animations are more immersive and enjoyable for those who are used to the audio aspect of animated or real porn.
A perfect example of a game that exemplifies this would be Zombies Retreat
It even has the same artist that your game uses and it does the sound effects for the sexual animations wonderfully.
Although in the particular case of Zombies Retreat using custom made moans. Tons of basic sound effects can be used from free audio libraries. Sound effects that actually emote the mechanical action of the sex animation.
So please, i implore you, give a look at how Zombies Retreat does it and consider even reaching out to the dev of that game to help implementing basic sound effects in the same manner.
Thank you so much for your efforts on this game and willingness to consider this.

Try this game. Very frustrating for my taste. I have no interest in the sister or Heather. the sister for an asshole and Heather because she spends all the time manipulating me. The frustration? Damn, I can't do anything to avoid them. Without options, I have to put up with his manipulations and have sex with two characters that I really don't like at all because otherwise the story won't progress. Lucky for the dev but I can't go on.

I wonder why this isn't a Kinetic novel with how linear progression is.
At some points there were missing images but it passed too quickly for me to read which ones.
Post breaking arms you can still go into the bathroom when the sister is in there. It shows MC without casts.
Decent art, wish animations were more fluid though. Also MC's dick looked weird when the Doctor played with it, compared to all other times.
I am not a fan of the faces though, or I don't know, everything seems very flat, like it was polished with fine sandpaper, might be they lack shading.
I also don't get the "I can't visit Naomi", yet Heather literally drags MC to that house.

Only the doctor? or both nurse and doctor may be removed?
Will this be temporary removal until the rest of story gets re-visited or ... will the doctor comeback with a fitting role?
Ik making scenes its a huge process so its actually interesting and a radical heads up to the supporters. but if they share the same feeling on how gray the story is or under an specific character then so be it i guess
I think the animations are done via spine2d or some other program that just moves the object back and forth instead of actual frames of drawn animation. So the animation feels a bit jerky, or with slight hitches, and some look a bit odd. Like sister vaginal sex the height of the dick looks like it is anal, and that whole scene just looks odd.
That's nice that it is being rewritten. Was weird to at this point have a non working game console/pc/pair of rings/etc. in the game and having the days be so linear especially the second half where it might just be only a meal or sleeping for the whole day. Also having the name of "Prince of Suburbia" you would think he would go out and be in the suburbs with the neighbors more.
Yeah I get it is her style, same with massive shiny boobs, and sitting at a dinner table.
The doctor scene could be replaced with a scene involving the cop. MC is high as a kite, he starts freaking out as people who are high are want to do when the cops show up. You can figure from there how to get a lewd scene, like he runs around as his pants fall down showing it off to traffic and the passing by gawkers while the cop and mother figure try to catch him.

The copy that I downloaded already has almost all scenes unlocked in the gallery. Does anyone know how to fix this?

allow some choices - so it is like an alternative option given that you will not attempt to make less linear/ more openwordish game? (otherwise id be against choices which would make the game de facto shorter )

i mean i can skip it when holding tab...whereas it is not uncommon in games to stop skipping before the scene starts
Game looks like wasted potential. if the tits werent so abnormally large it wud be way better
