I'm sorry, but this game is not properly ported from Japanese, so I'm unable to play it to be able to tell if pregnancy fetish in it goes beyond a few lewd scenes featuring women with a giant additional tit beneath their usual pair, now squirting milk when they orgasm. Are these pregnancies at least results of conscious parenting decisions or badges of dishonor of sorts for those girls who forget to carry contraceptives with them at all times?

According to the rules, Its best you ask any further questions about another game in the thread of the game, but to answer your question in a short and simplistic way, its debt and coercion that eventually turns into pregnancies they actually begin to want. For anything else, go to the actual thread itself. An official Kagura Translation is apparently in the works so it'll pop up again eventually but with a good full translation.

While the basic idea is interesting, the execution is just terrible.
All things aside, having one women give birth to an orc army is not even feasible with hentai logic.
Maybe that could work with tentacles or some other race that can hatch from eggs, but definitely not with mammals :')

All to engage in repetitive battles with the same human troops once your guys are strong enough. Defeat them about 20 times and you win the game. Combat is entirely "attack" or "run away".

The logistics don't even make sense; each impregnation session kicks out 10-20% of the existing troop count, so this one woman is birthing 200+ troops per session towards mid-game. Would have been more believable if the MC is a man and his troops are all women, so it's exponential of their troops...IDK, maybe orcs grow from eggs and this woman's vag can hold 250 eggs every 2 days once she gets used to orc sex.

No idea why this was even made in RPGM...it uses none of the standard RPGM game interface. Could have just built this in HTML...or just not built it at all if they were going to put in such a pathetic effort. 3 poorly done sex scenes!

The only good news is it isn't MTL. The bad news is it is just not translated at all. Generic engrish text after a sex scene ("Oh no...how can I?...*cry*"), most of the menus and battle dialogues are in Japanese. Of course, you don't really even need to read anything since there is nothing complex about the game that requires understanding what is being said, and no content worth continuing to play for.

wasted time downloading this ngl, the game is shit there is no comprehensive story and most of the UI is untranslated (can't blame the translator, as he mention why in the translation note)

overall don't waste your time downloading this if you want some sort of goblin/orc game there are many better Eroge to play than this shit

Translation is excellent. Translator perfectly nailed the low-quality dialogue the Japanese developers gave him:

"Oh....no....no....it don't go in any more....I don't know what to do...." <--- verbatim entire dialogue of the only sex scene in the game.

If anyone seriously wanted to play this, these are the 4 sex scenes you get. Slap your monitor to make the images jiggle and play a spooge sound effect; you've got what the developers put on offer for $10.
