BTW the text bleeding together is fixable by going into plugins.js with Notepad++ and changing "OutlineSize" from 8 to 6 or 5.

you may need to recheck this file. there are some issues with it

first i got a false positive telling me the file was dangerous and potentially a virus
second, i keep getting this error every time i try booting it up, even from desktop

third, i unfortunately didnt get an image of it but i also got an error at one point with a similar message saying "Failed to load: img/system/Balloon.png"

Ok found the issue. Japanese version had the files encrypted and english one didn't. If you go to the www/data folder and find Systems.json there will be two strings at the very end of that file.
"hasEncryptedImages":true,"hasEncryptedAudio":true

If you change both to false it should work.

Ultimately it's a Machine translation given a single heavy proofread pass. So it won't be perfect.

no it isnt but compared to how this game was initially its miles better so thanks regardless
