He said you can beat the game without using the futa item, and it's only against female oponents, soo i am totally fine since he did not wanted to add lesbian scenes xD
I honestly feel like the dev wants to add lesbian content but is too concerned about the people who won't like it. I hope he reconsiders though.

I asked the first time the female soldier was introduced if this was going to be an option. Im glad honestly that he decided to add it. Also glad it's not mandatory for people who dont enjoy it. Based dev

It's typically harder to find a game you like everything about than to find something you don't like about one to point out. That's just how it works. There's probably a game that matches what you're asking for, but I guarantee you'll be disappointed if you go out expecting that. (Also, you can search tags on this site if you're really fiending for that specifically.)

The “Futanari” element, of which information has been disclosed for some time, will be unlocked when a certain event occurs after the main game is over.
If you seduce a female enemy character while holding the artifact available at this event, a holy sword will grow in Ish's crotch and he can have fun with them.
Of course, it will be a new H-scene.
Even if you are not good at it, you can clear the main story without touching it at all, and you can also go through it afterwards, so please do not worry about that.
The presence of female enemy characters in the game was only intended to be a variation on the enemies that do not provide a means of recovery, but we felt that we should promote the pleasantness of seducing enemies in this game, so this is how we came up with the idea.
To be honest, it's not an element that everyone likes, so I feel guilty about this implementation...
