Don't use gallery.exe, try GAME RIPPER instead.

Princess Reconquista changed encryption method from 16 bytes long key to 32 bytes long key, and only GR supports that, gallery.exe does not.

It's written in the post. Gallery.exe exports anim GIFs at the same size as they are shown in the window (so if you resize the window big, saved images will be big too). GR has no such issue, it always exports at original unscaled pixel size, no matter its window size.

Luckily, some releases contains naked sprite sheets (for some scenes, not all). These do not appear in the game yet, but they are already there.
