Although I usually stand firmly against MTL, this time I believe that the person who finished the last ten percent did a good deed. The answe is simple, the lower the resolution the bigger it will come, play at 4k and you will see a tiny screen but play at 800x600 and it will scale to full screen, I know its weird

Usually I really dislike MTL's cause they often block people from doing an actual translation of games. But in this case I'm grateful, it was stuck at 90% for years. I probably still won't play it unless someone decides to "edit" the MTL portion to not be computer gibberish, but it's still nice that there'll be others who get to enjoy the game.

Change the name, the japanese alphabet is not well received by windows. Change & run with applocale
