I believe from what I saw from the bad endings, but don't quote me on this, that the pregnancy is a bad end. I haven't seen the non game over endings though.

Don't bother, there is no pregnancy in this game, ending or otherwise. There is a single scene where she gets pumped full with tentacle pseudo-eggs and squirts them out. That's the entire extent of pregnancy in this game.

I don't remember any combat sex, only narrated scenes. This game was pretty light on penetration unless you lose.
