The problem that many are having with your logic is that you are stating that the sample of a dozen complaints on F95zone is representative of the entire base of consumers of the product, and I am sorry, but you are just wrong. This is a classic sampling error. In a real world situation, for any product, the people who are consuming and paying for the product are the only group that matter. You can take as many samples from freeloaders as you want, but at the end of the day, if they're not paying, they don't matter. Sorry, but in the world of business, which the creation of products for sale is, that is the only thing that matters at the end of the day. If a developer doesn't have supporters who can pay to keep the lights on, and doesn't satisfy them, that's what matters. So you can extrapolate whatever you want from the complaints of non-paying users, but in the end analysis, it JUST DOESN'T MATTER (channeling Bill Murray in Meatballs).
And you are one of 300+ that is expressing a concern. I note every concern issued by people, even those who hate my game. Quite frankly, I have made many changes due to people who do not support me on Patreon. So you are assuming facts not in evidence. If you'd have looked at the thread for my game, you would have seen that. But what happens with the game I am developing has nothing to do with this game. And I stand by the fact that if there are 300+ Patreon supporters (not including Discord users) who are not complaining, I think the complaints here are way overblown, and that "projecting" them into a state where the masses are discontent is a massive overreach.
Yes, there is a bit of grind. However, in the bedroom of the MC there is a plant to the right of the bed you can click on and it will allow you to "cheat" your way past a lot of the grind. However, you do miss some nice dialogue and interaction with the other characters. So choose to cheat at your discretion.
There's not much grind. All you have to level up are affection levels. It's done very well. You'll barely have to do any repeat content since there's a good variety of talks/events.

I didn't play the unchanged route, couldn't really bring myself to do that to her, but the new one was what I expected, sweet, caring and overall a great step on those two future relationship. I liked that Hollie didn't transform into some sex crazed lunatic, as it usually happen after the first sex, and was still setting her boundries. Overall it was really good that there's two routes now, small choices are always good.
not a spoiler..but..Hollie is one of the sweetest most "marry that gal" dames in games(plus she is HOT AF!!!)..so some people feel bad about fooling around with other dames because of it..lol
Without spoiling anything. She a super sweet girl, the original event ended with you being an asshole to her, now there's a choice.
