Feedback:
Point 1: For a short project, this is pretty good. Snappy, decent progression. I don't really need much more from this one. I think it's best if you move on to your second idea, and perhaps to try something more ambitious.
Point 2: The biggest issue I have is motive. I get the main character and why he's a blank slate that way. It makes their romance a bit stale because he's such an empty. However, what concerns me is her. Yeah, she's looking for sex and to explore. But, why now? What changed to prompt this?
In writing terms, the element that is lacking is an "
Inciting Incident". That is, some kind of change in the status quo that prompts this. A simple example is this. Imagine that the setup was the same. Main character and his friend. She's over hanging out. He's attracted to her but stopped, because she's his friend. She's digging around and finds...
...A porn magazine. Not just any porn magazine, but one featuring a naked girl bound up and gagged. She's too stunned to move or talk. The player thinks that she's freaked out and thinks that he's weird...
...Then, wordlessly, she takes out her phone and takes him to a writing website, where she reveals that she's been writing BDSM fan-fiction about a girl who gets taken as a sex slave. You two talk a bit more, and she shyly asks you if you want to perhaps try it out. But, then asks for you to go slowly because she's not only new to this...but is totally a virgin.
Point 3: There needs to be not only more motive, but more conflict. He likes her. She likes him. He likes kinky sex. She likes kinky sex. He has her try kinky sex. She likes it. Etc Etc.
He isn't worried that he'll ruin their friendship? She's not worried that he'll see her in a new light? She's not shy or reluctant about things? Maybe, the two of them want different things out of the relationship.
Drama is a story's lifeblood. It's what keeps it going, keeps it thrilling. A good erotic story is one where the conflict is revolved BY sex. He's worried about ruining their friendship, but through sex realizes that
just being friends isn't what he wants. She's worried he won't see her the same way, but through sex realizes she likes it when he sees her as a fucktoy. Through sex, she realizes she likes pleasure more then modesty. Perhaps, through sex, he realizes he wants her as more then a booty call...or she realizes that she'd rather be trained as a fucktoy then be his girlfriend.
Point 4: This should produce interesting scenes. You have them exploring sexuality together and you have what? Kissing, blowjobs, fucking?
Think of all of the possibilities of the scenario. The two of them sitting on a couch together watching porn, while you see her body slowly start to wiggle. The two of them learning together how to do a rope harness. The two of them hanging out like normal, but he has her gagged and on a leash the entire time...while she's left to imagine the moment he fucks her.
Perhaps the entire thing ends when he returns to his apartment, and sees that she tied herself to the bed, gagged and blindfolded herself, and wrote "I love you" on her stomach.
Consider the possibilities! What are the sex scenes that your premise lets you make that other premises don't? What makes your game SPECIAL.
RECAP:
1. Try something new next time.
2. Add an inciting incident that is the change in situation that causes the story
3. Consider fully the motive of your protagonists, and why they are behaving they are in the situation they are.
4. Add conflicts that the characters have and must overcome that prevent them from getting what they want.
5. Use your Genre, (Sexuality and Romance) to resolve those conflicts.
6. Use the unique setting and situation you develop in order to produce erotic scenes that are unique to your game and take full advantage of the premise.
