I very much like your choice of an intelligent, well educated, black MC. And I think the story is a potentially interesting one. Overall I'm looking forward to more. But since you asked for constructive criticism I'd like to give you a few of my thoughts along those lines:
1) While I don't mind games with a lack of choice, there are some spots in even what you've done so far that you could add some good player agency without a ton of extra work. For example, with Mrs. Black, giving the player the option to obtain her assistance via seduction or via intelligent argument in addition to the blackmail route could then just dovetail right back into the same sexy times and storyline. In fact, you actually kindof have the MC do all three in rapid succession as it is. I'd have liked it if I could have convinced her via argument and THEN whipped out the BBC and avoided the blackmail altogether.
I totally get that others have different tastes and would chose a different route. And that's exactly why these are good opportunities to give agency without crazy long-term branching a la College Daze, etc.
2) I'm generally a big fan of quality real porn games. And several of them follow the "forming one sex scene from multiple sex scene sources" and at least one does it well enough that I don't mind. I believe I get the reasoning behind it: it makes the changing actors less jarring by just making it non-stop changes. But, in general, I think I prefer individual sex scenes to be sourced from one video even though the next sex scene will be sourced from an entirely different one with different actors. This is just personal preference.
3) The writing could use some proofreading and some of the images seemed to have slightly off aspect ratios.
