Myriam has already been raped in the game, so I'm afraid that you're already mistaken. Whether or not there will be more rape scenes in the future, we don't know, but I hope so, and so do some others.
"Kicked the shit out of her abusive husband"? When did that happen. She kicked him out and is divorcing him, but where did you see a scene of her kicking the shit out of him?
As for your question of why the developer would allow Myriam to get out of the abusive relationship with her husband and then subsequently be raped, I don't see why those two things would be connected. How does her ending a long-running abusive relationship grant her immunity from other bad people in the world?
And further to the question of why Zorlun might allow such a thing, we've been over this before, but the player gets to choose Myriam's path. It was spelled out for us right there in the OP. There will be multiple paths for Myriam, and the player will choose between them. And some of them might be less "triumphant" than others.
I'm sorry. Are you suggesting that, because Myriam got the better of one rather small and scrawny teenager, she is therefore now an action movie badass? Her getting a couple of good shots in on a punk who was acting alone and was smaller than she is means that "if she doesn't want to have sex with someone, she won't"? You're suggesting that she would fare just as well against a grown man who is taller, heavier, stronger, and tougher than she is? Are you saying that a gang of three or four teenagers couldn't overpower her, just because she managed to get one over on a single undersized attacker?
Also, you may be forgetting that the scenario of Myriam winning out against the teenage attacker in the alleyway was a matter of player choice. Myriam only kicks the kid before Aiden shows up if the player chooses that option. Otherwise, Myriam was at her attacker's mercy, until Aiden showed up and rescued her.
In the end, unless Zorlun wants to tell us, one way or the other, we're all just speculating here. But, as has already been pointed out, we've already seen Myriam get raped in this game, so it remains a possibility for the future. But, it would likely be optional, if included, so no one has any cause to be worried.

If you mean the guy that dry humped her, than that's no rape he didn't penetrate her so it doesn't count. But as we all know every scene will always be optional so no one is left unpleased

I stand corrected you're right I forgot about Marc raping her while she's unconscious as for Anthony I felt that it was rape but it didn't feel as hardcore as I would imagine it is for me, maybe because he's her husband and she somewhat was having fun. But I do hope there will be more rape scenes with guys other than her family that would be hot because even if Mark and Anthony raped her they wouldn't be a trauma for her (Well except Anthony he was a douche).

Whether or not penetration is required to constitute rape is a matter of geography. Different places have different laws governing what is or isn't considered to be rape. In some places, blackmail would count as rape. In other places, it's only rape if physical force or the threat of physical violence is used. In some places, the law only calls it rape if the penetration is vaginal, and things like forced anal sex or forced oral sex are treated as lesser forms of sexual assault, and are covered under other laws. In some places, any sexual contact, even without penetration, may be legally defined as rape. So, in some places, a forced handjob or dry humping may be regarded as rape, and even if the receiver didn't refuse. There are places where "affirmative consent" is required by law, meaning that the person receiving the sexual conduct must actually say "yes" beforehand, or it's rape.
It can be very confusing, because every country, or every state or province, can have their own definitions.
Basically, I think that we all understand the moral or ethical definition of it, regardless of which legal jurisdiction says what. And I would think that non-penetrative sex acts would be included in what would morally constitute rape, as long as it's against one person's will.

That's subjective to every country but in the world of porn it means penetration so technically speaking it was more of a sexual harassment than rape
