Seems the game is going to be like Point of No Return where you end up skipping 3 updates because that's not the path you chose. When Zorlun posted what was going to be in the new update I thought " Hot damn, this is going to be good ", but ended up with nothing, went straight to end of the update.

Lol. Just kidding of course, but interesting, tbh I don't think I remember ever having my browser alert me about a walkthrough mod. My AV stuff, sure, but the browser itself? Don't think so.
After this update, we'll be returning to normal service. Maybe there'll be a further cycle of dates in the future, but not for a while.
Having said that, it's not exactly been a secret that this was going to happen. We've been talking about this pretty much every day for the past 4 months. How you managed not to get the memo, I don't know?
