Well, if it develops the character in a direction (or against a direction), it can still be considered a plot advancement, but of course it is also a matter of taste (if one wants e.g. to get her to have only a love relationship with Lucy, it will be seen as a wasted update, but it is always the case, with one update or the other)

Well, she has done all the steps to get in full blown porn, including some amateur pictures like cum faces etc., not yet released to the big public (though Marc already shared with friends), and some sexy pictures released to open public on Internet, and has everything ready. But for my side, I would agree she is not yet in fully fledged professional porn.
It is only a matter for the player to choose, when the moment comes, whether she wiil do a full porn movie scene or not. Actually, there is even more than one way in which she can get into that, it does not have to be forcibly with Crystal or with the photographer (to avoid spoilers, I don't get more explicit, but think who had already mentioned the idea of webcam or selling pictures on the Internet, who mentioned the idea of a video, and how some of her cosplaying could be sexy, plus the fact she has an account online... ;-)).

Pretty sure I didn't have that option when I finished the game ~1-2 weeks ago. But my Myriam wasn't a sub or dom to Marc - she had fooled around with him but wasn't really on either side. In my game she literally just turned her face and avoided him without a choice. I could of course have forgotten, but that's what I do remember. She likewise didn't get the basketball team gang-bang at the end due to not being either sub or dom.
Actually, it is more a matter of whether at the start of chapter 5 she cuts with Marc, or not, and if she comes back on it - the fact of being dom, sub, "fun whore", should not have a major impact, as far as I recall, or better, has an impact on the way the scene goes, not on whether it happens at all.
Though as I wrote, I do not have the time to check the code right now, sorry, maybe I can try to make a specific check when I will update the patch for the next version, but it will take a bit, sorry.

I have the same problem, I don't know what I did wrong, but it looks like I keep choosing an option that ends their relationship without realizing, The problem is no matter how many times I replay the game, It always ends the same, and I can't figure out what I chose wrong.
Try setting blowing marc at the pool as True. It is not the only way, but that should be enough to do the trick. You have Myriam dom towards Marc, so, you should get the gym as Myriam doing a kind of "payback" "blueballing" Marc while she does her stuff with the others

I finally found the reason why I couldn't get multiple scenes with Marc including the Basketball team scene, the most important choice that changes their relationship is when given the option to check on Katherine or Marc, you have to choose Marc (ch4_go_see_marc) and boob cheer him (ch4 boob cheering Marc), and after that you if you want Marc to become submissive pick "He probably need more love" (ch4_let_marc_join_you_during_the_night) and if you want him to become dominant pick "He probably want more sex" (ch4_let_marc_join_you_for_sex_during_the_night)
