It will always be in the version found on the site as it always comes with the patch already added to the file as the file comes from subscribestar.
The "+p" in the title state that's it's with the patch and I stated as well that I ALWAYS share the game with the patch (Patreon apart).
But as asked, just added "+p (Prometheus' patch)" in the version line of the main post. (though it may be cut by the moderators when they update with the last version, if it happen I'll fixe it as soon as I see it)
