There's actually at least 4 ways she can die so far, 1, in hospital after Anthony shoots her, 2, the 'prostitution' scene, 3, drowning in her pool, 4, getting stabbed to death on the subway by the 'rapist'. There might be more, I just haven't seen them yet.

Because even if Myriam doesn't go on the first date with Lucy, she still hangs out with her in the intro after she splits up with Anthony, and starts self-defence lessons then. That happens automatically, you can't avoid it. And as for the 'scrambled eggs' scene, well she can still do that, regardless of how high her fighting score is. It's automatic if her dominance stat is higher than her submissiveness stat. Otherwise she has to decide to do it, or not
Must admit, I've never come across that scene. But then Myriam has always had high dominance when I've played the subway scene, so perhaps that has something to do with it? I'm fairly certain I've so far played Danny's solo date for all the paths where she's submissive. But I've decided to have a purely lesbian route with Nubia, so maybe when I go back and do that, I'll come across that scene then?
I had a suspicion it should be four, but I couldn't remember the scene in the pool where she gets cramp.

Hmm, sorry, a bit of confusion, I think.
The part where I wrote "in reality", I really meant "in reality", as in "in real life".
Many make the assumption that if someone takes a couple of self-defence classes or anything similar, then in any danger situation will automatically be capable of fighting back by istinct and maybe even with perfect technique - that is not the case, there are other factors as well that can play.
At the same time, going back to the game, I am sure there is a variable to keep track of whether Myriam had self-defense lessons, and more importantly, how many (if you get only the basic, it stays at value 1), and I also remember well that there is one scene where the choices available change depending on whether that value is higher, or is stuck at 1.
I admit I am not 100% sure it is the "scrambled eggs" scene, but I remember well there at least one scene were the choices available depend from the that, as well as I remember well in my case the "make scrambled eggs" was only a possibility, it was not the automatic (only) choice.
If you gave more of your attention to Lucy, that can also have an impact.

Does this depend on whether Myriam believes Anthony's lie or not?
So basically Myriam has to be completely submissive still to Anthony and not do self-defence.
Personally, I have never had her believe Anthony's lie and forgive him.
Then again, I've only ever seen the one scene where she potentially gets raped in the alley but Aiden saves her by kicking the guy in the face.
I've seen the train scene where a guy rubs up against her ass and reveals her boobs to the two younger guys on the other side. Wouldn't say that was a rape scene but know nothing of the old guy, accept the homeless one.

I'm sure if you don't take the self defence class then you can't fight your way out of the Anthony 'death' scene, although you don't necessarily die, also I'm fairly certain there are no more self defence classes after the original one.
Yes, but it's not the main thing of the game, so it take some time to happen as Myriam start the game in an abusive relationship with a man.
After that, nearly 99% of the naughty content of the game is avoidable so you can fairly pull the game towards the kinks you prefer.
There is other opportunity to gain some 'fighting' stat points, but not that much.
OK, probably just not seen them on the routes I've done, but not done a purely lesbian route with Lucy.
