Yes, it is supposed to happen some other passage at the mistery club, Zorlun had mentioned something about it, aside the "dreams" being influenced by the choice made there, but if you mean sexually and with him, as far as I remember, Zorlun never pointed towards that possibility.
At the end of the day, even in her most "sexually active and open to any and all opportunities" (well, if your prefer "stluttiest"
:-D) variant, Myriam has already plenty of sexual partners already active (already done stuff) or lined up for future possibilities :-D.I thought he was just put in the game to give you the option of having 'weird' encounters like the 'aliens' and 'the mummy'.

If Myriam sometime looks at porn it would be sort of cool of sometime she looks up animal sex. Just to see if other women do it too? Preview Scene - Chapter 4 - Quiet Night Home
First preview for next update, taking Myriam home (at Eve's loft), either after the previous social work or following her already there in the other case. The scene is fairly short, revolving mainly around Myriam and Eve discussing together around a little drink.
The scene is mostly plot and character development, letting the player learn a little more about Eve and her job, and advancing on a few already started plot line, like the dates if a specific character was chosen and on potentially on Myriam start of sharing pictures of herself online.
The scene as no naughty business and like said previously is fully dedicated to advancing on development (the scene was previously supposed to be the finishing scene of the previous update, but was pushed back to avoid rushing it).
