Maybe have Myriam's father send her a PS90 fully SBR kitted out with (Aluminum machined trigger assembly, Tactical Flashlight, red/green dot sight, 3(50 round)clips and 500 rounds). Even add a Rug. Super Redhawk: Alaskan 44 Rem Mag. Model 05303 with 3 speed loaders and 200 rounds as a backup. This after she got shot(by Anthony) and had a gun used against her when she tired to find the photo's and negatives that were being used to blackmail her and her family. This also includes a federal firearms license and a conceal and carry license that her father helps to get for Myriam with his connections. She could also get firearms training at the local range, from the detective that helped her(David). You can take a girl out of Texas, but never take the Texas(life style and mentality) out of the girl, go big or don't do it at all. So she can defend her family against any intruders or Anthony if he ever decides to take his revenge by a 3rd party.

For Katherine, look at the n posts about Katherine and all kind of ideas, Zorlun was explicit in saying Katherine will not get in the same kind of kinky stuff as her mother, and that includes Marc (it also goes with the protective mother characteristic of Myriam, that is a fixed characteristic).

For Eve, again, I think you are the fist to propose a Cassius+Eve, but Zorlun never excluded it a priori AFAIK, the only thing can be time.
For Marc and Katherine, again, it is not a matter of whether there would be possible conditions for it or not, it just that Zorlun was explicit and adamant and repeated n times that Katherine is not going to get in the same stuff as Myriam, so, certainly no Cassius, but also, no Marc - for this aspect, remember Patreon forbade Zorlun even from any "step-something" stuff.
It is true that in the post-Patreon version Myriam and Anthony are not married and there is not even an indication of "legal cohabitation" (Zorlun could have copied something that exists in France, but he didn't, since the game is meant to be happening in USA, although without pretentions of full realism), only a de facto one, so technically/legally Marc and Katherine are not even "step-something".
But the same way in which Patreon decides its own way what is incest and what is allowed and not, there is always the risk that would come down on Zorlun if something happened between Katherine and Marc, even just Marc seeing Katherine doing something, or viceversa.

I make the incest patch since a long time now, and various factors allowing, I may continue, and I would not have a problem in doing it also for Katherine and Marc (in any case, in the incest patch, they are brother and sister, like in the original game from Zorlun), but again, without repeating him, Zorlun had indicate his reasons and reasoning to exclude Katherine from most stuff, and it never indicated having changed idea.

I purposefully put aside all the beasty plotlines aside with no influence on the rest of the game, a bit like the 'weird events', so that it was easily avoidable without any impact on the rest of the game and avoiding any complication in branching further down the line.

I might put some cross over plotlines during the endings, as it will have no trouble done the line possible as we reach the end, nothing set in stone for now, but I'm thinking on possibilities.

Yeah, Patreon was very explicit when he brought the hammer down, there could be zero touch to a legal family unit with the naughty stuff... Meaning no direct (genetical mother/father), no indirect (step mother/father), nothing...

It was why in the MGS (Main Game Setting) I rewrote the family unit as non-legally married and just simply together, not because it's more logical to me regarding this subject, but because it was the only way for the Patreon guidelines logic to be ok with it.

Please think about the possibilities, your wonderful game is very original, there is nothing to compare it with. So do not deprive it of originality, there are plenty of games with a banal plot, and yours does not compare, a completely different category. Especially since, as you say, it is technically not difficult . Thank you very much for the game , we are waiting for the continuation .

If you reread the first sentence, it clearly says "put aside".. not eliminating..
The "very weak update" as you call it, is because it probably does not fit into your gameplay because of the choices you made, and because not all the branches and endings can fit in one update.

I tested also another couple, but for the ones that play the path with Marc where Marc is dom, and did not stop their "activities" earlier in the game, a suggestion: when Marc finds Myriam sleeping, make her wake and try to stop him, especially if in the morning they had the pancake scene .

As a general indication, notice that from the code I can confirm that the update may appear short and without any "interesting" events but it depends greatly from the previous choices.
It is clear from the code that Zorlun is already preparing the ending, so, while for now leaving the Marc possibility open for those who did not close it already, and the code/text does not exclude really the possibility of having given in to Jarvis for now but still being on the path with someone else like Danny, Cleavon, Charles, Nubia, Kimberly, etc., and to keep the furry open as well , for the rest, Myriam seems already on the "separate paths" approach, safe for those three that I just mentioned that seem kind of "general not excluding other possibilities" paths (though for Jarvis, is probably more my interpretation/hope, Zorlun may have already decided that no matter what Myriam does in future, if she has given in to Jarvis now, she will have have ending with Jarvis and only Jarvis ).
This, without forgetting Zorlun had put a variable about faithfulness, and Myriam can decide to be quite "free" and experimental, I don't know how much that will have an impact - I am not Zorlun, some parts are just my speculation.

What are the "major" paths available? I haven't played in a long time.

Chaste/Slut, Dom/Sub, Sapphic/Bi/Straight. Mix and match those, then also mix and match every character. But it's more spectrum than binary.
