That must be a very recent change as the OP link was there late yesterday, though the walkthrough hasn't been updated since ver 5.5 I believe.

If you're on Nubia's road, yes, it automatically get you there.
If you don't want to go that road, either do not chose her a special someone after Myriam get out of the hospital early chapter 4 or do not accept Nubia's invitation to stay when you visit her house (but that will definitely kill the romance road with her).

No action with the daughter, and if you saw the sheer dress you would understand why not shaving is not an option without underwear. She basically attends the opera nude.
