No you just don't get it. You can't force devs to create content they don't want to create. It reminds me of those people who get angry and keep bugging devs to give them NTR content. Then the devs do, and it ruins it for everyone because that's not what the dev wants to make. It's one thing to give feedback on the quality of the game, and another to be entitled about design choices. If you don't like the content of a game then you're the one who should buzz off and move on.
1 Yes, that choice early chapter 4 is important, keep a save there if you want to explore other paths.
2 Nope, sorry.
I can understand that as well, everyone is entitled to like or dislike a scene or a game, if Project Myriam doesn't do it for you now, I can fully understand and I don't have much to say beside thanking you for the time you gave it and the support you gave me until then.
And as I often say, I can understand also fully the frustration of not seeing a plot developing the way you would have wished it to, this is one of the major thing that motivated me to try myself at doing my own game at first.
If it's a deal breaker that there will not be any mother/daughter naughty business, I can only hope you can find a game out there that will fulfill your search or frustration, I'm sorry to disappoint, but Myriam/Katherine will not happen beside the scene you quoted (which I had planned to give a follow up in the numerous endings).

No, you didn't miss anything (beside maybe the scene between Katherine and him), William simply didn't become a love interest, so he kind of drifted away plot wise as the game later on centered more on the love interests and moved geographically away from where William was.

I just want to point out a word usage error in the new update. In the scene where she decides whether to go in the dressing room with the coach or not. The line should be, "Well if he doesn't mind..." not "Well if he don't mind..." This is the thought of an educated woman, not an uneducated one.

Unless you are being ironic or sarcastic (I haven't read the messages after), actually, there is incest in the game. There was originally, was taken out due to Patreon intervention, and it was put back in using a patch that reestablished the original family relationship and modified some scenes adding some option to keep coherence with the presence of incest.
Though to be clear: 1) incest is only Myriam with her son Marc, not with Katherine; 2) there will be no incest with Katherine, pointless to ask, at maximum Katherine can see Myriam doing stuff in one occasion, and Myriam can see Katherine doing stuff for the first time in another]; 3) you kindly asked to avoid starting another flaming attack at Zorlun for having taken out incest due to Patreon, or, if you post was ironic/sarcastic, at me for having put incest in the game (since it was actually there in the first place).
In case you wonder, the numbered list, is because all three points already happened more than once (including both options indicated under point 3)) :-D
The rest can be differently considered as your legitimate opinion or rambling, but one point.
No, it was never a bait in the sense you seem to indicate (i.e. suggesting Katherine could be a love or sex partner), and there was never a "author changed his mind for whatever reason", in his idea, Katherine was never going to be a sex partner for Myriam, it has been said from a long time, and if you had played the first versions of the game, while Marc was perverting on his mom, Katherine would be the one always kicking his ass and already indicating she was not in that direction.
Could Zorlun have used washing dishes as her anchor to sanity and a more pure emotions, as you said, thus "freeing" Katherine for sex ? Possibly. Washing dishes or another hobby could not have given the same as a character, but is true it is a porn game, not a case study on reality.
However, his choice from the start was to have Katherine have that role, so, again, your delusion is understandable considering your point of view, but it is not a case of the author changing his mind or baiting people.

I'm from the South, I'm educated and I'll say that on occasion. It's a fallback if you're comfortable around certain people. Grammatically, it's being lazy but a lot of us aren't trying to watch our grammar around people who can understand what we're saying and the points that we're trying to make. Those types of worries usually come from Yankees and haughty people who already have low opinions of us, like we're all uneducated or slow. The fact of the matter is that "Southern Speak" is as much a dialect of English as other languages have them, for instance, there's about 30 dialects of the Igbo language. My brother had a roommate in college who once told us that in Nigeria, there were 110 different dialects of Swahili. You should know that regions dictate dialects. A person from Minnesota sounds different than someone from Boston or New York. There's words or phrases that they use that no one else in the country uses but people tend to get the gist of what they're saying, which is the bottom line after all. And before this goes any further, there's been hundreds of thousands of songs written & recorded in America that's been grammtically incorrect. Think about the song your idol, Elvis Pressley made; "You ain't nothin' but a hounddog, cryin' all the time." There's NO proper grammar in that At All but you and others Accept it. What Myriam's line in a porn game is recorded as spoken is irrelevant in comparison to that.
