The case against Anthony due to the actions towards Kimberley is a criminal trial, thus "Anthony's trial", the case between Myriam and Anthony is about custody for one of the children (Anthony has given up on Katherine) in a divorce, thus the reference to "hearing" and "case" rather than "trial"

He follows this game closely, the incest patch usually takes 4-7 days to make, sometimes it's been 2 weeks. It's going to be awhile for that to be updated, that's usually how it goes since it's more than just replacing words/names, etc.

No because they overwrite the same file, so if you install WT, then install the incest patch, it overwrites those same files, if you install the incest patch, and then you install the WT mod it overwrites those files.
It would have to be incorporated, and seeing how we are so far in at this point, I doubt you will see it.
