Zorlun , just an idea, well, a spoilt brat idea (always wanting more :p :-D)... In theory, having the scene with the students and the one in the metro, are excluding each other, to get the metro, she needs to leave the students before they start having sex.
However, if Myriam stays till the end, she will end up being so screwed up (especially with the end of the scene, that has not yet ended), that even when she finally wakes up, if she goes home (maybe to avoid the risk of ending up having a "good morning", if you see what I mean ;-)), she will definitively not be in conditions to drive home, so maybe she could nonetheless take the metro... ;-) ;-)
Yep, I know, la beurre, l'argent de beurre, et le sourire de Myriam ;-), but one can always try... :p :-D.

While they are under contract with Disney (based in California) they are in theory forbidden to do anything that can become public and could damage the "little girl pure example" model - the point being that Disney in practical terms regulate their personal (specifically, sexual) life, even if indirectly.
If they can do that, in a way it is not a surprise Patreon's behaviour.

The ironic side, is that Hollywood is where the "casting couch" approach was used in the past (but to no offense to the "metoo", also to the advantage of actresses whose major selling point were definitively not their acting skills ;-)) and certainly even in more recent times :).

If you mean Katherine having sex with someone, already happened, and it could be even a FFM, or only with a girl, or only with a bout, depending on previous choices , and if you are referring to Katherine seeing someone else having sex, that also already happened.
If you mean Katherine "gloryholing", "doing" Cassius, Marc, etc., see the previous questions and posts about Katherine's role in the game.

Didn't played it this year, but what made Me remember the game is that I was rooting for MC, unlike most of heroines, Myriam was made sympathetic, giving her character you can care about.
Talking about content, I praise Dev for letting to reject almost any scene, I tried and dropped games that make you skip indefinitely without giving any meaningful choice.
Game really let you play different Myriams, from woman searching for real love to the one who wants to be free use MILF. Like when I accidentally loaded patched version and suddenly for Me Myriam ended up as kind and respectable lonely woman who can't stop her own dog from fucking her into submission.

If asking about stuff to add, would be fun to show that Myriam admits she has a problem with turning down Cassius not cause he's dominant, but cause she loves being knotted. Maybe something like this already added, but Myriam understanding that this excuse doesn't working would be interesting.
She tries to search internet cause too ashamed asking psychologist about her addiction to being a bitch, and discovers wonderful world of fetish porn, asking people on thematic forum how to stop it, but surprisingly for her hears only praises.
