So basically Myriam has to be completely submissive still to Anthony and not do self-defence.

Personally, I have never had her believe Anthony's lie and forgive him.

Then again, I've only ever seen the one scene where she potentially gets raped in the alley but Aiden saves her by kicking the guy in the face.

At the same time, going back to the game, I am sure there is a variable to keep track of whether Myriam had self-defense lessons, and more importantly, how many (if you get only the basic, it stays at value 1), and I also remember well that there is one scene where the choices available change depending on whether that value is higher, or is stuck at 1.
I admit I am not 100% sure it is the "scrambled eggs" scene, but I remember well there at least one scene were the choices available depend from the that, as well as I remember well in my case the "make scrambled eggs" was only a possibility, it was not the automatic (only) choice.
If you gave more of your attention to Lucy, that can also have an impact.

Yes, but it's not the main thing of the game, so it take some time to happen as Myriam start the game in an abusive relationship with a man.
After that, nearly 99% of the naughty content of the game is avoidable so you can fairly pull the game towards the kinks you prefer.

There was some nudism earlier with Crystal if you had a date with her at the beach. The choice for that date was set up when you returned from the hospital to Mi's cousin's home. When you choose who to thank first, choosing Crystal sets you on that path.

No, Myriam has a lesson first if she hangs out with Lucy, instead of 'helping' Anthony with his work colleagues. This gives 3 fighting points. And then secondly during the intro to Chapter 3, she has more lessons ( in fact the implication is, that she has several lessons during this period)

Not wanting to allow herself to go down into depression, Myriam kept training with Lucy, staying active and busy, pushing herself in intense physical activity to avoid thinking too much. Following Lucy's guidance, Myriam found herself a new talent and interest in learning the self-defense techniques she was shown, her mind set to not let herself be abused or assaulted again.

That gives her +1 fighting skill. Everyone gets this automatically, so it's impossible for Myriam to avoid having some self-defense lessons.

Later you can get 2 more fighting points. One for watching Lucy put herself through her paces, just prior to the police line-up scene and one if she performs 'scrambled eggs' when she gets attacked in an alleyway, just after meeting Nubia in the coffee shop. To fight off Demon Anthony, during the dream scene, Myriam needs all these points. But if not, she can still defeat Anthony another way, if her Dominance and Willpower are higher than Submissiveness

Just finished playing this update, love it!! Love all the kinky places that it goes, and the 'personalization' choices were very cool - though gotta admit a bit stressful. They kinda instantly froze me, thinking less 'here's my personalized character' and more 'what content am I locking out'. Had to remind myself the numbers just increment and so far they've all stayed up high enough that I could see all the content. (Which is how I hope it remains - some flavor direction changes but still always all the stuff so we don't have to go back to see all the different branches). But love it <3

The Crystal and Doctor X scene is after, for the metro scene you have to go on the art student outing and leave when they pull out joints during the night.
