Have you made sure that the mod is up to date with the version of the game, if not it's normal that it causes a crash, I've made a few changes towards the specific choice so it could lead to its 'bad' ending, changes that an older mod would not take into account and lead to a crash.

Here's a quick fix for the WT mod.
The WT mod itself is not outdated, but there're two outdated scripts within the mod.
chapter 02.rpy - line 28321, "Maybe I shouldn't get in the middle of this!" ...
chapter 03.rpy - line 30067, elif ch3_second_cop_date == False:
I also found a few typo fixes not included in the mod, but I just ignored them.

Copy/paste of the answer to the problem you're probably having, 'bad' ending 3, with first the probable reasons, either:
- Bad ratio of 'Sadness'/'Happiness'.
- Not having solved the Jarvis problem and ending up morally broken by him as Myriam chose to service him to avoid more trouble.
The first case is hard to get honestly, so I would look into the second one, which in this case you just have to load an older save and solve the Jarvis problem on the first or second occasion, either by not giving in into his bullying; asking for help with one of the cops (if you're romancing him); using his son Bill to get help; or even fully ignore the problem.
She not alone & vulnerable. There's Cleavon, unless you decided Not to take that path. If you didn't, she's still not alone. Imo, she uses the abuse that Danny gives her, along with her kink, to fill that empty hole in her heart. She may be vulnerable but she's not alone.
Same can be said with someone like Lucy, although in that case I think that Both Lucy & Mi are over compensating for the trauma in their lives. The thing that I haven't figured out yet is if Lucy is the jealous, demanding type. Those types of personalities tend to hide their true emotions until someone comes into their lives with which they can attach themselves. Those types can also be violent, particularly since Lucy compensates, somewhat, for her rape by being extremely into martial arts. In a case like that, MI could be like a lamb being led to slaughter because 1) Myriam wouldn't see that personality coming and 2) Lucy taught her the defense moves that she knows and would easily do her harm.
As far as William's concerned, Myriam has realized that what happened between them the first time was revenge sex of a sort for her and comforting sex for both since, he was dealing with the nasty situation between his parents. Myriam realizes that he's closer to her daughter's age and not much would go farther than what they shared. She's happy knowing that Kat is with someone who will be there for her and love her for who she is, therefore tossing away any potential feelings of loss/jealousy over William moving on, which is what young people do Anyway.

You keep copy pasting this but I've done several playthrough, ended things and it still goes the same way. Given so many people are having issues with it and it kinda ruins the game, would be far better if you looked at it and maybe change things a bit.
Have you tried the solutions I gave? I copy/paste the same answer because the problem people are having is the same, which is not a bug...
But as I said in a previous message I will add for next update a possible save for the Jarvis choice with the 'Willpower' stat, it would be a good use for it and would give a chance for player to correct the shot for themselves for the choice they made.
(Though one problem I see for this, is that people that made the problematic choice, will probably have a low 'Willpower' stat.)

The whole story arc around this character is by far my biggest gripe with the game.
I hate the fact that you basically have to go the Bill route to make him go away ASAP.
Everything involving anything Jarvis could be erased from the game and NOTHING would be lost.

Bill is one of the solutions, but you can completely avoid this line of event by going in and not giving to his bullshits during the first event.
You can also ignore the two events all together.
Or you can also ask for help from one of the two officers or the detective if you're in a romance with them.

I really hope there's more scenes with Katherine before the game ends
Well i made Crystal/Goldilocks my girlfriend and the only way i found so far to make that happen is by making Jarvis go away ASAP, because then the package you get in act 5 is from Anthony instead of Jarvis, which leads to to the event with Crystal in her home if you choose her as youre special someone earlier.
Are there other ways to make that happen? Ignoring Jarvis does not work because then you get his package and i did not want to romance any of the 3 cops.
Like I said in the message you quoted, you go in the first time Jarvis try to get Myriam, follow him in and don't let him bully Myriam and get the photos back from him, no naughty business, no package from him after (it's one from Anthony, but she can send it to her lawyer and ignore the problem).
