I like the art, but if this is like the first game, it's going to be a buggy mess with absolutely horrible dialogue that doesn't make sense. If you're going to pander to an English audience, hire a native English speaker to write the dialogue for you!

I'm torn on one hand the screenshots look pretty good but on the other hand its worrying to see a "sequel" to a game that isn't done yet. I haven't picked up the other game in probably a year now so I will probably go back and play that so I can give an honest opinion on this one.

Afaik the game was quite good without too many bugs when it was still in Unity. Then for some unknown reason he decided to rework the game in renpy and that turned out in a buggy mess.
I guess now he experienced how hard it is to work with renpy and went back to Unity. Hopefully he stays with Unity now and it will turn out better.

I mean making games with renpy is easy if it is a mostly VN-based game without too many other gameplay aspects. But if you want to make a bigger game with some gameplay, renpy is just the wrong engine and you can make that much more easily with Unity.
